It is drizzling Today so I skip
My Walk on My Driveway 

I  am still enjoying My 5 minutes
slot before 9.30 am when My
Friend comes to pick Me up
My Library

Today is Monday 7 Degrees feel
like 4 it is cloudy and light Rain
giving the whole atmosphere a
Misty look

Birds are enjoying to have a Seat
Hopping around from Tree to tree
may be playing Hide and Seek
or Hop Scotch anyway

Trees with Beautiful smile but not in
full Bloom still getting there
I am working Par time Today Darts
only no Carpet Bowling

Now I am sitting in the Library
busy with My Work in My
Office Cubicle 

Thank You God
I am not a Religious Person but feel
connected to My Creator when I say
Thank You from the bottom of My Heart

I have a Habit to keep on Thanking My God
throughout the Day while getting down from
Stairs at nearly every step I say Thank God

Starting to Drink Water or doing whatever
activity also going to Bed before sleep
take couple of minutes to Talk to God

 I believe God accepts My Note of Thanks
as in return I get Strength --  Inner Peace 
and Contentment

It matters a lot to Me to get going
and to Think Positive
I am really Happy with what is there
Thank You God for Everything

    I have posted the blog in Smile Corner. Customers are still celebrating the big day yesterday. Councillor came to join us yesterday in the celebrations. Priest was here too

    Dear Advisor,

    The retirees continued to enjoy your birthday today. We are planning a 3 day festival. All activities are still suspended. The cafe manager has also volunteered to extend the Smile Discount during this festival

    Dear Author,

    The students and the professors read the blog at the SRC. We were humbled that you took the time to thank us. We dont deserve it. You have been instrumental in helping us with getting on track.

    The students are continuing to do volunteer work at the Smile Garden. One of the professor from the other group was wondering why we chose to plant rose bush yesterday. We were about to reply but our literature professor responded that it is because your writing is flowery and you like nature

  January 12th 2024 It is around mid of January. Time for us to, start getting snow storms. This will be off an on, for the next couple of weeks. It is 10.15, mixed sunny cloudy morning, windy too. Gusts are 38 to 48 km.  Friday used to be my work day, not today. Kids day camp is going on in the library, at my work place. I am off for the whole week. I have to find my own things to do, to get busy. From Monday, things will be back on track. I will be having my regular work hours. It is 11.45, I am getting ready to walk to Tim Hortons. I take it as my second home. I know that it is cold and windy. I am all set with gloves, stole and three layers underneath my winter coat. I will be fine. Whites Road and walkway is, all clear of snow. I see some white patches of snow, by the side of road, under trees and bushes. This is the beauty of Toronto, snow cleared right away.   July 7th 2023 It is hot sunny morning, 9.15 and already 24 C, feel like 26. I woke up early, done with my breakfast. Talked to one of my daughters, my middle one, called me from Grimsby.  She was going home, done with her work. It was a brief talk. She was busy, picking up her son, on the way from school. My other daughters are still at work. They will call me later on. We talk everyday, not much, just to connect.  I am busy with my computer. No message from my childhood friend. She never skips, must be busy. She was at her son's place in Sydney, was planning to go back to Perth, to be with her daughter. She must be stuck, other matters to be resolved. Anyway we have to find our own, "Things to do", to get busy, to make our day. Don't have to wait for people's calls and messages. I am busy playing Scrabble and Card games on my computer.   June 13th 2023 Beautiful morning. Great weather. It was raining all day, yesterday. Stopped at late night. I was working, Mondays are my work days. Have to go to play Darts. It starts at 9.30 in mornings. We were thirteen all together. Picked our numbers to make teams. Two boards with four teams. Three players in each. One team was odd, I mean with four. Anyway we enjoyed. Thirteen seniors on a rainy day, out to play, to enjoy time together. Amazing at that age. Gives inner peace. Boosts will power with affirmation that we still can do it. Rain or no rain, nothing can stop, to make our day. I think, will is everything behind your motto. When there is a will, there is always a way to go ahead, to move on, to do what you want. Today is Tuesday, weather is great 18 C, a bit on a cooler side. I am off, not working on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Last week I booked my flight to England. My daughters were pushing me for that.
