My Dear Retiree Friends

 Don't do anything 
when You are not 
100% into it
It is Tuesday cloudy with 10 degrees
My activities are off in My Club
I was busy with My computer
in the Morning and had shower

Now ready for My Walk I was planning
to go in the other Direction of Coffee
House on Whites Road

Tim Horton is on the right side when
I start from My House and also
Freshco the Grocery Store

I was planning to go on the left side to
the other Grocery store Metro it's fresh
Bakery stuff is good Kids like that

My TD Bank is also there and Dollarama
the Dollar store there are so many Eating
Places like Pizza Subway Fish and Chips
Burger and so on but not any Coffee House

 I had to go to Bank I have My Credit Card
still like to have some cash in My Pocket
I feel rich that way

I got 40 Dollars from TD machine
Head phones and Hair clips from Dollar shop
there is a Herbal Store when I go there I always
drop in to say Hi to John who works there

From Metro I got Croissants and cheese buns
for Kids and one Blueberry Muffin for
Myself which I had half as I also had
Banana smoothie

When I was coming back it started raining
I had 2 bags of stuff with Me I take 2 bags
when go shopping to have a balance 

 While I was paying at Metro Counter
I was talking to the Girl there about Rain
she said You stay for a while may be
it will stop I said may be God will listen

I started walking it was drizzling
Someone called Me she was in the car
one of My Friend's Daughter in law
she called to Drive Me home 

 I started thinking God always listens
always there for His Creatures
Thank You God

    Dear Madam Smile, you so good. You write so good. Mr. Supervisor come and say how you. I say I so angry that Smile need walk bank to go get money and then go get food for grandbabies and then go walk. Mr. Supervisor say but you Smile like walk. I say yes but she no like rain and the big grandbaby know drive to so why he no go and pick Madam Smile. Also, why does her only son want him go bank to get money for him. Mr. Supervisor say that this no what you Madam mean. I say but how you know I no show you blog. He say he need go and make urgent phone. I do 2 proud job and always read blog

    Dear Advisor,

    The retirees did not go for our long walk today. We are still very tired from the walk from yesterday. Some of the retirees are still suffering from cramps also. This walk, though very long for us, is nothing compared to the walks that you have. The retirees instead went straight to the reading of your blog.

    The retirees appreciate your vote of confidence in our decision. After your approval I have been asked to communicate our decision to the young scholars. I intend to do that this week

    The retirees were surprised and concerned after reading your blog. We share the concerns as communicated by the gentleman with multiple employments that your son is not taking due care of yourself. You should not be expected to haul groceries for your grand children. Also he should not be expecting that you will pay for these groceries as well. All of us retirees are on fixed income, so are very concerned about this. We hope that you do not mind this uninvited intervention in your household affairs

    The retired professional writer continues to be amazed by your blogs' literary tone. We jokingly refer to him as author but he always corrects us by saying that authors are like Smile, I am only a writer

    Dear Author,

    The students and the professors read your blog at the SRC. We are preparing for our exams and we were expecting that the attendance at the SRC will be starting to decrease but instead we are not seeing any decline, in fact it appears to be increasing. The Dean's plan of inviting some groups to these readings as a reward appears to be working as more and more students as well as faculty members are trying to improve their academic performance so they get the honours to be invited to these readings. One of the professors suggested that we use a microphone and a dais but Dean disallowed it as he thought that you wont prefer formality but will rather appreciate the informal atmosphere at these readings

    After the reading of the blog, the students went to the Smile garden to do the volunteer work. The professors also joined us as they wanted to get a feel for getting closer to nature

    All in all, these blogs are having a very positive influence here

    Father say you tell Father lot today. Father say he yes mind. Father say he ask Niklas and Kris (me) to stand close because father can fall. Father say hne no want brake bown. Father say he want yell at you Kris and you Niklases because they make you go in rain to get money and buy food. Father say you need care because you can fall. Father say he make Kris (me) do lot today because he no want Kris (me) to get bad idea to. Father say he say he old almost 67

    (Hannah say that you need be care because it no good idea go in rain and walk so much and with grocery bag. Niklas say he want punch you Niklas because he make you go walk. Me angry at you Kris because he got father so angry that father make me do lot work, like he make me go train station so father can sit alone on steel bench with cushion, then go see see, then go find rabit and red bird and then go walk driveway.   January 12th 2024 It is around mid of January. Time for us to, start getting snow storms. This will be off an on, for the next couple of weeks. It is 10.15, mixed sunny cloudy morning, windy too. Gusts are 38 to 48 km.  Friday used to be my work day, not today. Kids day camp is going on in the library, at my work place. I am off for the whole week. I have to find my own things to do, to get busy. From Monday, things will be back on track. I will be having my regular work hours. It is 11.45, I am getting ready to walk to Tim Hortons. I take it as my second home. I know that it is cold and windy. I am all set with gloves, stole and three layers underneath my winter coat. I will be fine. Whites Road and walkway is, all clear of snow. I see some white patches of snow, by the side of road, under trees and bushes. This is the beauty of Toronto, snow cleared right away.   July 7th 2023 It is hot sunny morning, 9.15 and already 24 C, feel like 26. I woke up early, done with my breakfast. Talked to one of my daughters, my middle one, called me from Grimsby.  She was going home, done with her work. It was a brief talk. She was busy, picking up her son, on the way from school. My other daughters are still at work. They will call me later on. We talk everyday, not much, just to connect.  I am busy with my computer. No message from my childhood friend. She never skips, must be busy. She was at her son's place in Sydney, was planning to go back to Perth, to be with her daughter. She must be stuck, other matters to be resolved. Anyway we have to find our own, "Things to do", to get busy, to make our day. Don't have to wait for people's calls and messages. I am busy playing Scrabble and Card games on my computer.   June 13th 2023 Beautiful morning. Great weather. It was raining all day, yesterday. Stopped at late night. I was working, Mondays are my work days. Have to go to play Darts. It starts at 9.30 in mornings. We were thirteen all together. Picked our numbers to make teams. Two boards with four teams. Three players in each. One team was odd, I mean with four. Anyway we enjoyed. Thirteen seniors on a rainy day, out to play, to enjoy time together. Amazing at that age. Gives inner peace. Boosts will power with affirmation that we still can do it. Rain or no rain, nothing can stop, to make our day. I think, will is everything behind your motto. When there is a will, there is always a way to go ahead, to move on, to do what you want. Today is Tuesday, weather is great 18 C, a bit on a cooler side. I am off, not working on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Last week I booked my flight to England. My daughters were pushing me for that.
