your favorite show talk to God
or have some time alone

Year 2016 is dying
we have to get ready to welcome
Year 2017 with A smile

As a New Year Resolution
I have to remind you
don't push yourself
take it easy and please
always keep in mind

We all are God Creatures
and He is watching over us

We are not alone 
He will come to our rescue 
whenever we are stuck
always feel strong
and have faith in yourself

    Dear Advisor,

    The retirees had a special meeting today. All retirees participated, including those whose families are visiting them. We also arranged a teleconference facility for those out of town. There was only one item on the agenda - to pass a resolution to thank you. Prior to the resolution, there was a reading of passages from your blog ceremony by the retired professors of philosophy and literature, the retired corporate executive, the retired author, the retired poet, the retired fitness instructor, the retired sports journalist and a few others. At the end, the resolution passed unanimously and I was instructed to share the outcome with you.

    At a personal level, I will like to thank you also. You have been very helpful in encouraging us and guiding us.

    Father say that the person doing 2 job is no good educated. He say he no no English also but no filosofy so understand that you no asking work hard but enjoy more. Father say this why he watch tele and watch nature show and Canada show all time. Father say that there whale in Canada and always very cold. He no understand how you do so many thing there. He say why you no only watch tele. He say he like tel with soup. He no want coffee as it make hum too awake. (My son want watch some football, but father no let him as he always use tele. My wife want watch movie but father say she go cinema to see that. Can you ask father to share tele. He listen to you advice so will do it. Thanks)

  January 12th 2024 It is around mid of January. Time for us to, start getting snow storms. This will be off an on, for the next couple of weeks. It is 10.15, mixed sunny cloudy morning, windy too. Gusts are 38 to 48 km.  Friday used to be my work day, not today. Kids day camp is going on in the library, at my work place. I am off for the whole week. I have to find my own things to do, to get busy. From Monday, things will be back on track. I will be having my regular work hours. It is 11.45, I am getting ready to walk to Tim Hortons. I take it as my second home. I know that it is cold and windy. I am all set with gloves, stole and three layers underneath my winter coat. I will be fine. Whites Road and walkway is, all clear of snow. I see some white patches of snow, by the side of road, under trees and bushes. This is the beauty of Toronto, snow cleared right away.   July 7th 2023 It is hot sunny morning, 9.15 and already 24 C, feel like 26. I woke up early, done with my breakfast. Talked to one of my daughters, my middle one, called me from Grimsby.  She was going home, done with her work. It was a brief talk. She was busy, picking up her son, on the way from school. My other daughters are still at work. They will call me later on. We talk everyday, not much, just to connect.  I am busy with my computer. No message from my childhood friend. She never skips, must be busy. She was at her son's place in Sydney, was planning to go back to Perth, to be with her daughter. She must be stuck, other matters to be resolved. Anyway we have to find our own, "Things to do", to get busy, to make our day. Don't have to wait for people's calls and messages. I am busy playing Scrabble and Card games on my computer.   June 13th 2023 Beautiful morning. Great weather. It was raining all day, yesterday. Stopped at late night. I was working, Mondays are my work days. Have to go to play Darts. It starts at 9.30 in mornings. We were thirteen all together. Picked our numbers to make teams. Two boards with four teams. Three players in each. One team was odd, I mean with four. Anyway we enjoyed. Thirteen seniors on a rainy day, out to play, to enjoy time together. Amazing at that age. Gives inner peace. Boosts will power with affirmation that we still can do it. Rain or no rain, nothing can stop, to make our day. I think, will is everything behind your motto. When there is a will, there is always a way to go ahead, to move on, to do what you want. Today is Tuesday, weather is great 18 C, a bit on a cooler side. I am off, not working on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Last week I booked my flight to England. My daughters were pushing me for that.
