No " Have To" Please
Walking is one of the main exercises
try to wake up in the morning with clear head
with no worries lingering from the day before
start every day with a clean slate and peace of mind
with a light exercise whatever suits your body
but no pressure please
don't use " Have to " in your dictionary
do as a ritual to enjoy
lie down on the carpet in your room
to feel the Earth
enjoy your breakfast patiently no rush
you won't enjoy anything in rush
be in the moment
get ready go for a walk
check the weather before
adjust your walk timings to enjoy fully
If evening is too hot or will be rain avoid that
and go in the morning
be flexible with yourself and also
with everyone else during the day
don't be hard on yourself
enjoy whatever you do
go in your backyard put some water
in a bowl spread pieces of bread
sit with your favorite book to wait for
birds coming to the feast
enjoy the bird watching
you will make your day
You don't have to walk anyway or in any condition
first thing is happiness to brighten your day
