No Alarm Clock
Try to wake up without an alarm clock
drink a glass of warm water
to encourage regular morning
bowel movements
have a bath in warm water
do some exercise / yoga or
lie down on carpet to feel theEarth
anything which suits your body
breathe in fresh air to meditate
Enjoy breakfast go for a walk
do not read, eat or watch TV in bed
try to keep your day in order
to make yourself healthier
more enjoyable and to have quality time
