Thought Of The Day

  Beautiful day not too hot. It was raining early morning, that changed the entire scenario. Red and white flowers of Dahlia and Deep Red and Orange flowers of Canna are smiling in my flower bed. My friend Black Squirrel enjoying his treats, at one side of my garden. White Butterfly is busy, sharing her moments with beautiful flowers. Pink Canadian Roses look happy too. I am walking around on my deck, to behold the scenic view and to have a feel of the scented atmosphere. Beautiful moments to make my day. God always showering His Blessings, not only on we Humans but on All the Creatures, Big and Small. Thank You God. Love You. It is Tuesday, working day. My son is busy with his computer, working online. My daughter in law left for her work. No car today. No lake trip for me. No worries. I have other plans ready. We always have plan B ready, to switch. Nothing is end of the world. Not a big deal. Switch to other options and just relax. For now, I am busy with my friend, my computer....

  It is 8.30, hot morning of mid August. I am done with my breakfast, will enjoy my morning cup of tea in my back garden. Trees look happy, shaking their heads, I think, it is not too hot, must be breezy. Let's see. I am opening my patio door, to get out, to take my chances. It is beautiful around here. We planted couple of  Dahlia in our flower bed, these are now flowering, displaying variety of flowers. Big Deep Red flower, smiling on top of one of Dahlia, while on the other one, is beautiful flower with Red and white streaks. I noticed one Purple one is budding on the next one. I never realized, there are so many colors in Dahlia. Amazing. Two of Pink Canadian Roses on the left, giving me smile. I take it like a gesture of welcome. David Austin, the English roses are flourishing but no flowers. I think, they are taking time out. Every plant is different, is unique, like we Humans.   Another hot humid day. It is 9.30 morning, 26C right now, feels like 34. I am in my back garden. Beautiful orange flowers of Canna and Red and white Dahlia flowers adding up the beauty of my flower bed. White Butterfly is here with another Yellow Butterfly. I think, she is her friend. They are whispering, exchanging jokes, flowers are enjoying, started smiling. I missed my friend the Black Squirrel. I think, he was early, already done with his exercises. It is Tuesday, my daughter in law has to go to work. No car today. No lake trip for me. It is hot and humid, I will skip my walk to "Metro", to get freshly baked muffins and my trip to "Dollarama" to get chocolates for my grand kids.  We always have to keep our plan B ready. Nothing is like end of the world. We have to switch plans, to make our day. I will be in my room, with my computer, to browse and write messages to my friends and family.   Beautiful hot humid morning. July gone,  August started. We have couple of more weeks to enjoy our summer time, here in Canada. It is 9.30, 25C feels like 30. I was organizing my closet and by looking at my gloves, sweaters and woolen stoles, couldn't believe that I was using all that just couple of weeks back.  It is beauty of Canada that you can have a feel of all four seasons. You can enjoy Canyoning, Kayaking, Fishing for couple of weeks and switch to Skiing and ice fishing sort of things. Get busy with Gardening, enjoy Bird watching and after that Beautiful Fall colors will be waiting, to give you Treat.  It is 10.30, I am done with my breakfast and with my morning walk  in my back garden.   Beautiful morning, one more day, one more cash credit of 24 hours. Be happy and grateful. Enjoy, I think we have enough to spend. Divide your time into slots, to get variety of things to do. It will add up color, to make your day. It is 8.45, I am making my breakfast, my oatmeal porridge, stir fry egg and my morning cup of tea. I will have my breakfast in my eat in kitchen and enjoy my tea in my back garden. I have to share the beautiful smile of Roses and Dahlia. My friends, the White Butterfly and Black Squirrel are already in the garden. I think waiting for me. I will  spend some time with them too. I have enough to spend. No worries.   It is 8.15, Friday morning, no rain, not too hot. Beautiful day 18 C now. Just done with my breakfast, enjoying my cup of tea, walking around in my back garden. The dew drops looking great, scattered like pearls on the lush green of my grass. The Peach and Red color David Austin roses are taking a break, same are the Pink Canadian Roses. I think they need some time off. Everyone needs that. There are variety of other flowers, to fill the flower bed of my garden, but Blood Red white streaked flowers of Dahlia looking really wonderful, like cherry on top, adding up the beauty of my flower bed. My friend, the White Butterfly is also here, to make my day. It is 8.45, I have to go inside, have to get ready for my work. End of the tour of my back garden. I now started working part time, playing Darts, two days a week, from 10 to 11.30. I have to be there 10 minutes before.   It is one of another hot humid days of July, 9.45, in the morning. I am busy with my breakfast, enjoying my oatmeal porridge, stir fried egg and my morning cup of tea. I am sitting in my eat in kitchen, beside my patio door. From here, I am having a clear view of my back garden.  There is lot of activity going on, in my garden. The small  Brown Rabbit is sitting beside, enjoying too. I think, He is part of their group.  I am enjoying everything. What a beautiful start of my day. Today no car, so no lake trip for me.   Beautiful hot humid morning. It is 9.30, 31 C now, will be 33 later. I opened my patio door to be outside. It is really hot and humid. I changed my plan to walk around  in my back garden.  We have to be cautious. Safety comes first. Specially for we seniors.  Not good to be a burden for our kids. Not fair to them. We have to realize and keep that in mind, before being adventurous.   It is end of July. T hese couple of weeks are always tough. We have short memory. We forget so quickly.  It happens every season. From mid August, things will start changing and in September, will be a total different scenario. We have to take our jackets and gloves out, start getting ready for the days ahead, for snow and sub zero temperatures. It is 11.30, I am at Petticoat Creek. It is Tuesday, still very busy with people. Kids from Summer camps. People busy with Kayaking, fishing, walking with dogs, family and friends. Every season has it's own style, it's own beauty....

  Bright sunny beautiful morning. Sun is shining up and above in full Bloom. Red Roses are smiling on the brick red mulch, in the flower bed of my back garden. The peach color David Austin is taking a break. Taking time to settle down. Every person is different, unique, has his own individuality, so are plants. It was rain and thunder last evening. There was Tornado too in the nearby town, in Barrie. Barrie is about an hour away from Pickering. Houses were damaged, power was down, widows blown off. Lot of damage there. We got rain here in Pickering, but not much, just for couple of minutes, still enough for plants to have a shower. It is morning, 8.45, I am having my oatmeal porridge, stir fry egg with my morning cup of tea. I am sitting in my eat in kitchen, beside patio door. From here, my back garden looks great.   It is 9.15, mixed sunny cloudy, humid morning. I am done with my breakfast, now walking in my back garden. Three Red Roses giving me smile from the flower bed. Two Pink Roses look shy, still giving color, adding up the beauty of the view. It is great experience to be part of the atmosphere loaded with fragrance.  My friend, the White Butterfly is also here, to make my day. She is busy talking to the flowers of her choice, sharing her moments to cherish. It always gives us pleasure, to be with friends, we love to be.  My friend, the Black Squirrel is also here.   Beautiful mixed sunny cloudy morning. Raining for couple of days, off and on. It is 9.50, I am just done with my breakfast. No car today as my daughter in law has to go to work, in person, on Fridays. I have my day plan handy for today. We always have to keep Plan B ready, to deal with, whatever is there. I am planning to go to "Metro" for Blueberry Muffins. They have good bakery stuff.  I will go to "Dollarama" too, to get chocolates and some other things. It is good store with variety of things, under your budget. I got socks, pack of six for four Dollars, last year from there. These are done now, have to get another pack. Kids love chocolate. I keep box full of variety of chocolates, in my room. They come to my room to snack, once a while. I get happiness out of that. I have my small bag ready, with Masks and empty bags, don't have to get bags from the store. We have to keep track of the environment. Have to reuse our bags for shopping, whenever, we can. I ...

  Beautiful morning. It is hot today, 28 C, feels like 36. Last night, was rain with thunder and Hails, but no change in temperature. It is still hot and humid. It is 9.40, I am in my room, with my morning cup of tea and my computer. I got up late, I was awake but my body was not in a switch on mode. Sometimes, we have to listen to our body, don't have to push hard.  Mind and body has a carrot and stick  sort of relationship. Our brain works like a Powerhouse for our body. It decides, what to do. Sets the direction and transmits work sheet to our mind, for " Things To Do". Mind starts playing tricks  to push our body, to get going in that direction.  I think, Mind and Body have  a "love and hate" relationship, still are real  "Buddies". They feel for each other.   Beautiful morning with clear skies. Perfect weather not too hot, not too cold. It is 19 C, was rain last night. Everything in my back garden, looks great after having shower. Pink Canadian Roses, on the left, smiling in my flower bed. The Red Rose on the right, started budding, will open up in couple of days. The peach color, David Austin is taking a break.  Sun,  up and above,  is shining in full bloom. Deck is still wet. I have to skip my walk on deck. I am enjoying the scenic view, through the big patio doors. We have to take precautions, whenever required. Safety comes first, especially at our age. We don't have to be burden for our kids.  Our kids are already tied up with so many things of their own. Busy with work and matters of their own family. We have to be considerate.   It is another hot, humid day with 26 C, feels like 36, will be 40 C afterwards. Doesn't look like Canada. At some places, in Vancouver and in British Columbia, it is 50 C and on top, there is no Air Conditioning. They never needed that. It used to be cold, most of the times, with very short summer. I remember, we got our first fan in Toronto, in 1993. Toronto was the same. Very short summer, not many hot days. Now we have full air conditioning in our houses.  Things are totally different due to change in climate. It is morning, I have to switch on my fan, on top of AC.  Cases are going down in our province, Ontario. We hope things will open up soon. We are now use to this lockdown situation, not so keen to go for indoor dining. Everything looks fine. Only Barbers, we missing out. Kids, for sure need their haircuts. That's it.   Beautiful mixed sunny cloudy morning today, with 20 C. Weather Channel displaying chances of rain, later in the afternoon. My son is planning to do BBQ, so it all depends on how things go. We have our plan B ready. I mean in case of rain, will make something else for dinner. For Kids will be Pasta with ground beef. For us, stir fried vegetables and Ground beef with bread / rice. For our peace of mind we always have to keep plan B ready.  It is beautiful scenic view, for now. I am walking on deck, enjoying my morning tea.   Beautiful morning, clear Blue skies, weather also great, not too hot not too cold. It is 19 C at the end of June. Yesterday was rain so now, is a dip in 30 plus temperatures.  Canadian Pink Roses and Peach color David Austin Roses looking beautiful,  on the Brick Red Mulch,  in my flower bed. Look happy with their smiling faces.  Couple of small black birds enjoying morning walks, in my back garden. There is one small grey bird too, enjoying her time alone slot.  I am done with my breakfast, having my morning cup of tea, on my deck, enjoying the view, the feel of Breeze, the aroma, the fragrance, the scented atmosphere around.  There is so much around. We just have to open up our eyes, to look through. Have to take a break, to pause for a moment, not to watch but to behold, to absorb the beauty around, to cherish our moment. That moment will be enough to make your day. Life is how we take it. It all depends on us. We don't just have to pass our time....

Newly planted plants in my flower bed, started flourishing. Especially the pink Canadian Rose is loaded with beautiful Pink flowers.  David Austin, the one my youngest daughter suggested, also looking great, with Peach color buds, ready to burst out, any time soon. Red color, English Rose, looks slow, but is in stable condition. I think, taking time, to settle down. We planted some vegetables and Herbs, on the left side. Mint is flourishing.   Beautiful day, bright shinny morning. Another day, another twenty four hours, to spend the way, we want to. We have to start our day with something positive, especially when we are writing anything on paper. We always, have to start with positive wordings. Have to pick and choose words, very carefully. It can make or break our entire day plans. Positive words motivate positive thoughts, push us towards the right track, away from negativity. It is very important to pick our words, while we speak, talking to anyone, or writing anything on paper. While on computer, our fingers have to be on letters to make positive words.  Words are key, to control our brain and our mindset, which in turn, controls our behavior, our attitude, towards people and ultimately towards life. Words impart it's reflection on our soul, on our inner self. This plays key role in building our personality.  Be very careful to pick the right words. Words empower our communication. Calm and quiet atmosphere to proceed with usual daily activities for everyone. Not only for we Humans but for all Creatures of God. My time is done in my back garden. Time now, to go to my room, to be with my computer, to go through my Facebook messages. Time to connect with family and friends. Time to talk to my daughters. They call me while going home from their work. They will be busy after, with matters of their own family. No time to talk. We parents have to realize all that. Have to take whatever is available for us. We have to appreciate and admire our kids for the time, they squeeze for us. We have to recall our own time, how much, we were able to give to our  parents.   It is 9.15, Beautiful, calm quiet morning to start with. We are gifted with another "Gift Certificate" of twenty four hours, to spend. We have to get ready to chalk out plans to make use of that, before it expires today. Last night was rain. It is still cloudy with overcast skies, giving a different look of scenic atmosphere. Total change of scenery. I am outside, in my back garden, walking on my deck, to have a feel of the drizzle, just started. My  breakfast can wait, I will have that after. These scenic views change quickly. We have to be there, on time, to feel the real flavor, to smell the fragrance, to have a feel of the on spot Beauty.  Garden looking great with lush green grass.
