    I have posted the blog in Smile Corner. This being Sunday, there are out of town visitors too. Our town people looks forward to Sunday as so many people come here from other places. The priest used some of the themes from the blogs. Town people were smiling secretly. Thanks to Smile we have a big festival every weekend here

    My daughter in law needs to read your blog more carefully. She sleeps most of the day. Can you write something for him and explain that she needs to be like you and go for walks. I dont think she can do that unless in her dreams

    Dear Author,

    We read your blog at the SRC as we dont want to go to Smile Garden as a respect for Smile Army. Though it is Sunday there were a lot of people who came to the reading of the blog. The bookstore manager was here today also even though the bookstore is closed. He also brought lots of material that he donated. Thank you for solving that problem. The Dean and Prof George and a few other professors were here too. After the reading of the blog they went to volunteer at the Smile Garden for the new year celebration preparation. The Dean wanted to go to but he was asked not to go as he and us are considered your representatives

    Dear Advisor,

    The retirees are appreciative of the blog and the counsel that you imparted to us. We will go through this in more details and will come back with some more detailed qs. The retired psychologists and the retired mental heath specialists were amazed with the advice that you provided. They pointed out that the conventional science is to acknowledge and admire others but by asking us to admire, acknowledge and appreciate ourselves, you have turned the science and conventional ideas on their head. We know that you dont refer to any books but the retired corporate executive mentioned that this is not possible and asked me to inquire one more time. She said perhaps you are referencing some materials on the internet.

  January 12th 2024 It is around mid of January. Time for us to, start getting snow storms. This will be off an on, for the next couple of weeks. It is 10.15, mixed sunny cloudy morning, windy too. Gusts are 38 to 48 km.  Friday used to be my work day, not today. Kids day camp is going on in the library, at my work place. I am off for the whole week. I have to find my own things to do, to get busy. From Monday, things will be back on track. I will be having my regular work hours. It is 11.45, I am getting ready to walk to Tim Hortons. I take it as my second home. I know that it is cold and windy. I am all set with gloves, stole and three layers underneath my winter coat. I will be fine. Whites Road and walkway is, all clear of snow. I see some white patches of snow, by the side of road, under trees and bushes. This is the beauty of Toronto, snow cleared right away.   July 7th 2023 It is hot sunny morning, 9.15 and already 24 C, feel like 26. I woke up early, done with my breakfast. Talked to one of my daughters, my middle one, called me from Grimsby.  She was going home, done with her work. It was a brief talk. She was busy, picking up her son, on the way from school. My other daughters are still at work. They will call me later on. We talk everyday, not much, just to connect.  I am busy with my computer. No message from my childhood friend. She never skips, must be busy. She was at her son's place in Sydney, was planning to go back to Perth, to be with her daughter. She must be stuck, other matters to be resolved. Anyway we have to find our own, "Things to do", to get busy, to make our day. Don't have to wait for people's calls and messages. I am busy playing Scrabble and Card games on my computer.   June 13th 2023 Beautiful morning. Great weather. It was raining all day, yesterday. Stopped at late night. I was working, Mondays are my work days. Have to go to play Darts. It starts at 9.30 in mornings. We were thirteen all together. Picked our numbers to make teams. Two boards with four teams. Three players in each. One team was odd, I mean with four. Anyway we enjoyed. Thirteen seniors on a rainy day, out to play, to enjoy time together. Amazing at that age. Gives inner peace. Boosts will power with affirmation that we still can do it. Rain or no rain, nothing can stop, to make our day. I think, will is everything behind your motto. When there is a will, there is always a way to go ahead, to move on, to do what you want. Today is Tuesday, weather is great 18 C, a bit on a cooler side. I am off, not working on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Last week I booked my flight to England. My daughters were pushing me for that.
