Mushroom Soup with Veggies
To All My Dear Readers
Specially Students and
My Senior Friends
Who Don't Like Cooking
No Time For That
I Love To Play around with Fresh
Veggies and The Ingredients
Available in My Kitchen
It was 3 pm My Son asked For
Anything Light Not a Full Lunch
I Checked My Fridge Mushrooms were There
Mushroom Soup was a Great Idea
Clicked My Mind
It will Not Take Long To Make That
Take Frying Pan Put On Stove with High Flame
Put Few Drops Of Cooking Oil
Add Some Water and Sliced Mushroom
Lower The Flame To Medium
Stir For a While Till
White Color Of Mushrooms
Become Slight Blackish
Put Another Pot On Stove with Full Flame
Just Few Drops Of Cooking Oil
I use Olive Oil
Add Chopped Fresh Garlic Few Cloves
Lower The Flame and Keep Stirring
Now Add Couple Of Table Spoons
Of All Purpose Flour
No Water --
Keep The Flame To Medium Stir
For a While To Make The Flour
Very Light Golden
Now Add Enough Water To Make Soup
Keep The Flame Lower To Medium
Keep Stirring So There will Not Be Lumps
It Has To Be Smooth and Watery
Now Add Cooked Mushrooms
From The Frying Pan
I also Added Some Frozen Green Peas
Big Square Pieces Of Sliced Onion
Green Onion Big Pieces
Chopped Tomato Big Square
To Give Color
Don't Cook Just
After One Boil Switch Off The Stove
No Salt No Black Pepper
Keep It Neutral
You Can Add While On The Table
as much as You Like To Your Taste
It will Be Great with Crackers
Garlic Bread or Any Type Of
Freshly Baked Bread
