Bright Morning -- It is Amazing when You Have
Temperature Below Zero But Sun is There

 It Gives You Hope That Nothing To Worry
About It will Change and We will Have 
Spring Sometimes Soon

I am Working Part Time Today-- Sunday was
Great -- My Younger Brother and My
Sister in Law Visiting From Chicago

 They are Staying at Their Daughter's Place in
Markham 30 Minutes away From My Place 
That is Pickering 

They Don't Drive -- Yesterday My Son Arranged
To Pick Them up -- We Had Good Time
Went To Petticoat Creek To See Lake
It was Very Cold 

Water was Calm Dark Grey and Black in Layers
We Stayed There For Short Time -- No Ducks
No People Around

 After That We went To Flea Market --These
Markets are indoors Because Of Weather
We Spent about an Hour 

 I Love The Antique Section Of The Market - So Much
To Look around -- We Had Fresh Sugar Cane Juice
This We Can Get Only Over There 

 Then We Had a Nice Dinner at My Place
I Baked Beef Patties and Stir Fried Lady Fingers
with Bread and Rice - Had Great Time Together

We Have To Avail Such Moments 
Whenever We Can To Cherish
For Our Memory Box

    Dear Madam Smile, you so good. You write good to. Mr. Supervisor come but no say hello. I say how you. He only talk work. I think he anger. I go fat job worker and I say her I think Mr. Supervisor lot anger. She say yes. You need be care. I say but it no my fault. She say then whose fault it is. I say I dont know who sow him blog because I anger to when I read blog. She say what you mean. I say Madam only son take her and brother and brother wife to freeze lake when it 12 below.     Dear Advisor,

    The retirees read your blog and were very concerned that your son is taking to you places which are not safe at this time of the year. We stop venturing outside when it is +14C though some of the very hearty and adventurous retirees continue to venture out at much colder temperatures. These brave souls venture out for 2-4 minutes even at +12C. We noticed that you prepared a meal after going to the lake. This is unheard of for the retirees. Some retirees wanted to ask about the supplements but based on the resolutions that we have for the retired corporate executive, they didnt ask the qs

    Dear Author,

    We read the blog at the SRC today. We could not believe that an author of your caliber and your stature is writing a comment for us! The Dean and Prof George said to us that you are not a typical author but are different because you care about the young people. The Smile Army was extremely pleased because you mentioned your appreciation for the New Year celebrations at the Smile Garden. They have redoubled their efforts. Some of the volunteers were heard talking about skipping exams to work in the Smile Garden for the New Year festival. The Dean told them that this is foolish but they said that they dont care. The Dean asked them to wait till you have a chance to give any guidance but they dont plan to wait. The great friends and the students from the local school were there for the reading too.

  January 12th 2024 It is around mid of January. Time for us to, start getting snow storms. This will be off an on, for the next couple of weeks. It is 10.15, mixed sunny cloudy morning, windy too. Gusts are 38 to 48 km.  Friday used to be my work day, not today. Kids day camp is going on in the library, at my work place. I am off for the whole week. I have to find my own things to do, to get busy. From Monday, things will be back on track. I will be having my regular work hours. It is 11.45, I am getting ready to walk to Tim Hortons. I take it as my second home. I know that it is cold and windy. I am all set with gloves, stole and three layers underneath my winter coat. I will be fine. Whites Road and walkway is, all clear of snow. I see some white patches of snow, by the side of road, under trees and bushes. This is the beauty of Toronto, snow cleared right away.   July 7th 2023 It is hot sunny morning, 9.15 and already 24 C, feel like 26. I woke up early, done with my breakfast. Talked to one of my daughters, my middle one, called me from Grimsby.  She was going home, done with her work. It was a brief talk. She was busy, picking up her son, on the way from school. My other daughters are still at work. They will call me later on. We talk everyday, not much, just to connect.  I am busy with my computer. No message from my childhood friend. She never skips, must be busy. She was at her son's place in Sydney, was planning to go back to Perth, to be with her daughter. She must be stuck, other matters to be resolved. Anyway we have to find our own, "Things to do", to get busy, to make our day. Don't have to wait for people's calls and messages. I am busy playing Scrabble and Card games on my computer.   June 13th 2023 Beautiful morning. Great weather. It was raining all day, yesterday. Stopped at late night. I was working, Mondays are my work days. Have to go to play Darts. It starts at 9.30 in mornings. We were thirteen all together. Picked our numbers to make teams. Two boards with four teams. Three players in each. One team was odd, I mean with four. Anyway we enjoyed. Thirteen seniors on a rainy day, out to play, to enjoy time together. Amazing at that age. Gives inner peace. Boosts will power with affirmation that we still can do it. Rain or no rain, nothing can stop, to make our day. I think, will is everything behind your motto. When there is a will, there is always a way to go ahead, to move on, to do what you want. Today is Tuesday, weather is great 18 C, a bit on a cooler side. I am off, not working on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Last week I booked my flight to England. My daughters were pushing me for that.
