Writing Of My Blog -- I Have To Pass about an Hour
I asked My Son To Pick Me up at 12.30 

 I Can Enjoy My Time Alone -- I Mentioned Sometimes
in My Earlier Blog That For All The Gifts God Gave Me
By His Virtue I am Thankful To Each One 

 But I Never Stop Thanking Him For This Great Gift
Of  Enjoying My Own Company -- The More I Start
Thinking about The More Value I Gave To This

Because Of " Enjoying My Own Company " I Don't
Depend On My Kids -- If Someone Calls Well and
Good But If No One There Doesn't Bother Me 

 This My Time Alone Thing is Like a Precious Gift

    I have posted the blog in Smile Corner Lots of customers here. They are asking for copies for the recipe blog. The priest brought veggie omelette and giving to all who are saying Morning Smile. One customer brought in the mushroom soup with veggies. It is a fun atmosphere thanks to Smile

    Dear Madam Smile, You so good. You write so good. Mr. Supervisor come and say how you. I say I very anger. He say why you anger all time? I say I anger because my Madam only son no take care her, like he drop her in coffee shop one time and no give her phone. He say but may be he need use phone and you Madam no need because he come pick up also. I say yes he pick up but what if Madam get head hurt and want call ambulance. I think he remember joke. I do 2 proud job and always read blog

    Dear Advisor,

    The retirees appreciate your blog. We look forward to Thursdays because you publish the Smile recipes also. The retired chef led the reading of the recipes. The active hospital administrator as well as some of the active hospital staff were present to listen to the recipes. Some of the older patients who were in the hospital and had a taste of your recipes were also present during the reading of today's blog. They were very excited about the mushroom soup recipe. The hospital administrator commented that this will be the best thing for the hospital as it is very nutritious and easy to make. Some of the older patients joked that they may have to go back to the hospital just for the Smile recipes. The cafe manager is planning on adding the recipe to the menu. He does it all the time.

    The retirees read the blog and were appreciative of the advice that you imparted for us. We talked about the value of time and specially the value of the time that we have in hand

    The retirees want to thank you for your kind guidance to us as we navigate through the family living situation.

    Dear Author,

    We read your blog today at the SRC. The Smile Army got very agitated after reading your blog and raised slogans against the professors. The Dean tried to calm them down but they were very upset. The Dean then asked Prof George to read your blog in which you gave advice to the Smile Army to not get too emotional but they got more upset and said why is a professor reading that blog. The Dean clarified that he asked Prof George because he is senior and also because he has been working with the Smile Army so there is trust. The Dean said that if he would have asked us to read then there was a risk that the Smile Army may have got upset as they may have thought that the Dean is favoring us. Prof George then tried to read the blog but they didnt listen. The Dean asked us to read the blog and that helped as they calmed down somewhat. The Smile Army didnot eat the cake that the bookstore manager got today. It is a very volatile situation, if you can please help

  January 12th 2024 It is around mid of January. Time for us to, start getting snow storms. This will be off an on, for the next couple of weeks. It is 10.15, mixed sunny cloudy morning, windy too. Gusts are 38 to 48 km.  Friday used to be my work day, not today. Kids day camp is going on in the library, at my work place. I am off for the whole week. I have to find my own things to do, to get busy. From Monday, things will be back on track. I will be having my regular work hours. It is 11.45, I am getting ready to walk to Tim Hortons. I take it as my second home. I know that it is cold and windy. I am all set with gloves, stole and three layers underneath my winter coat. I will be fine. Whites Road and walkway is, all clear of snow. I see some white patches of snow, by the side of road, under trees and bushes. This is the beauty of Toronto, snow cleared right away.   July 7th 2023 It is hot sunny morning, 9.15 and already 24 C, feel like 26. I woke up early, done with my breakfast. Talked to one of my daughters, my middle one, called me from Grimsby.  She was going home, done with her work. It was a brief talk. She was busy, picking up her son, on the way from school. My other daughters are still at work. They will call me later on. We talk everyday, not much, just to connect.  I am busy with my computer. No message from my childhood friend. She never skips, must be busy. She was at her son's place in Sydney, was planning to go back to Perth, to be with her daughter. She must be stuck, other matters to be resolved. Anyway we have to find our own, "Things to do", to get busy, to make our day. Don't have to wait for people's calls and messages. I am busy playing Scrabble and Card games on my computer.   June 13th 2023 Beautiful morning. Great weather. It was raining all day, yesterday. Stopped at late night. I was working, Mondays are my work days. Have to go to play Darts. It starts at 9.30 in mornings. We were thirteen all together. Picked our numbers to make teams. Two boards with four teams. Three players in each. One team was odd, I mean with four. Anyway we enjoyed. Thirteen seniors on a rainy day, out to play, to enjoy time together. Amazing at that age. Gives inner peace. Boosts will power with affirmation that we still can do it. Rain or no rain, nothing can stop, to make our day. I think, will is everything behind your motto. When there is a will, there is always a way to go ahead, to move on, to do what you want. Today is Tuesday, weather is great 18 C, a bit on a cooler side. I am off, not working on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Last week I booked my flight to England. My daughters were pushing me for that.
