The Big Day -- Gala Event

It is Saturday sunny beautiful morning with 24 C Today is the 
Big Day. My Daughter from Croydon came very late at 2 am, it
was nearly morning. There was a big accident so Motorway was 
blocked for a while.

 My Youngest Daughter and her family left at 11.45 pm to sleep at
Hotel. It is sort of bed and breakfast so they will come after 9.30 am.
It is 10 am everyone left to decorate the Hall.

 I am home with my two Daughters. They are taking care of lunch
preparation, may be couple of people coming home to have lunch.
Kris Dear I am not happy with Father.

 Father is twisting everything to enjoy his own life also to make Niklas
and Hannah life miserable. Nobody gave me flower or buy lunch for me.
It is not my event. It is all for my Son in law. I gave fifty ponds to Him.

 Kris Dear, you again having party at home. This is too much. I know that
you want to make your Father happy but it is not fair that you always
sacrifice happiness of Hannah and Niklas for the sake of your Father.
That is not fair. I don't agree with that.

 Dear Reader doing 2 Jobs I don't know why you pray whole night for me.
You don't have to give gifts to your colleagues, doesn't make any sense. 
I am visiting so I am giving gifts. Please focus on your work.

      I was running into issues posting the weekend blogs as people were coming to get the blogs from my desk as I was printing them out.

    Dear Madam Smile, you so good. You write good to. I so happy that you write for me. And I so hapy that you happy but I no prey because you say you no want prey. I go all job worker and say them that I want gift back. Sick job worker say what you mean, I say my Madam say she no want me give gift. I think he little allergy. He say he no have gift here because I take home, I say him I no care I want you bring gift from home. He big allergy so he no talk but go. I do 2 proud job and always read blog

    Dear Advisor,

    The retirees went for our long walk today. Our walk though very long for us, is nothing compared to the walks that you take. After the walk, we read your blog

    The retirees are surprised that you have a family event and are still taking the time to write for us. The Lady was here today and said that in the eastern culture, it is customary to have parents be taken care of first. She said in the temple, they serve the elderly people first and not just do preparation for everyone. The retirees challenged and clarified that you are not saying that you were not being served first, you are simply saying that your daughters were preparing lunch, however she was not in the mood to listen and walked away.

    The retirees would like you to take some break and get some rest as it is too much for you

    Dear Author,

    We read your blog at the SRC today. The students were surprised that you are staying up late, we were under the impression that authors like you prefer to go to bed early. The literature professors who were in attendance mentioned that not all authors are like that, some prefer to work late. The psychology professors who were in attendance disagreed and said that Smile is a psychologist, so we should look at you from the perspective of a psychologist. The Dean was listening to all this, he smiled and said that, and all along I thought that she is a marriage councillor.

  January 12th 2024 It is around mid of January. Time for us to, start getting snow storms. This will be off an on, for the next couple of weeks. It is 10.15, mixed sunny cloudy morning, windy too. Gusts are 38 to 48 km.  Friday used to be my work day, not today. Kids day camp is going on in the library, at my work place. I am off for the whole week. I have to find my own things to do, to get busy. From Monday, things will be back on track. I will be having my regular work hours. It is 11.45, I am getting ready to walk to Tim Hortons. I take it as my second home. I know that it is cold and windy. I am all set with gloves, stole and three layers underneath my winter coat. I will be fine. Whites Road and walkway is, all clear of snow. I see some white patches of snow, by the side of road, under trees and bushes. This is the beauty of Toronto, snow cleared right away.   July 7th 2023 It is hot sunny morning, 9.15 and already 24 C, feel like 26. I woke up early, done with my breakfast. Talked to one of my daughters, my middle one, called me from Grimsby.  She was going home, done with her work. It was a brief talk. She was busy, picking up her son, on the way from school. My other daughters are still at work. They will call me later on. We talk everyday, not much, just to connect.  I am busy with my computer. No message from my childhood friend. She never skips, must be busy. She was at her son's place in Sydney, was planning to go back to Perth, to be with her daughter. She must be stuck, other matters to be resolved. Anyway we have to find our own, "Things to do", to get busy, to make our day. Don't have to wait for people's calls and messages. I am busy playing Scrabble and Card games on my computer.   June 13th 2023 Beautiful morning. Great weather. It was raining all day, yesterday. Stopped at late night. I was working, Mondays are my work days. Have to go to play Darts. It starts at 9.30 in mornings. We were thirteen all together. Picked our numbers to make teams. Two boards with four teams. Three players in each. One team was odd, I mean with four. Anyway we enjoyed. Thirteen seniors on a rainy day, out to play, to enjoy time together. Amazing at that age. Gives inner peace. Boosts will power with affirmation that we still can do it. Rain or no rain, nothing can stop, to make our day. I think, will is everything behind your motto. When there is a will, there is always a way to go ahead, to move on, to do what you want. Today is Tuesday, weather is great 18 C, a bit on a cooler side. I am off, not working on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Last week I booked my flight to England. My daughters were pushing me for that.
