Smile Recipes ---- Chicken with Yogurt
To All My Dear Readers
Take chicken pieces
make cuts
add yogurt couple of TBS
Salt, and pepper
Take a pot put some cooking oil
add chopped onion
leave it for a while on medium flame
Don't make it brown, just yellowish
Add Garlic and Ginger paste
cumin seeds and cinnamon
Stir for awhile
Now put the chicken pieces
Cover the pot and leave on medium flame
for 15 minutes
check the chicken with knife tip
if easily goes through
means it is done otherwise
leave for 15 more minutes
Check the water also if lots of water
make the flame a bit higher
When done it has to be sort of
stir fried chicken
Don't add any tomato or
red chili powder.
It is different recipe.
You can add couple of whole green chili
or banana pepper whole.
Enjoy with rice or with bread of your choice.
