It is Sunday hot sunny morning with 24 C Today is very busy day,
everyone coming for the Big Party. It is my Son in law's 60th Birthday. 
It is His day, not mine. I will be there for Him.

 Sometimes we have to take back seat and let others enjoy. People are 
staying at Holiday inn. They are paying from their own pocket, my 
Son in law invited them for the Dinner party.

 Everyone insisted to pay for their stay at the Hotel.We have to be 
reasonable, it works for healthy and lasting relationships in all 
circumstances. 

 People are staying at Hotel, still my other two Daughters are here to help 
out their sister as some people might come home during day time. We will
be ready and happy to entertain them.

 Family binding is very complex, we have to keep in mind that anything one 
sided never works. We have to  realize and always come forward to pitch in. 
Whenever there is any big event or family gathering, it has to be handled tactfully.

 Family is a small unit but when family grows, I mean kids get married, 
it becomes a complex. So many people enter in our family. They have 
different roots, differ in habits and nature. 

 We start facing compatibility issues. That is natural. Everyone has to be 
flexible and has to be considerate to accommodate everyone. This way 
family always remain united. 

 We have to be patient, not easy whenever there is any family gathering.
Everyone has to calm down but nothing is total plus. Anyway the event 
was great, everyone enjoyed.

 Everybody leaving on Sunday, they had breakfast at hotel, came home to 
say bye before leaving Grimsby. It was a festive atmosphere, challenging 
still worth.

    Dear Madam Smile, you so good. You write good to. Job worker with video kid come and say how you. I say I ok. He say I hear you want you chocolate back that you give to video kid? I say yes I want all gift back because my Madam no alow me give gift. She say video kid already eat it. I say I think it ok if you go and buy me another chocolate like that. She say ok I will get you chocolate now. I say no you can bring tomoro. I think she allergy and voice problem. I now get gift back from many people only some left. I do 2 proud job and always read blog

    Dear Advisor,

    The retirees did not go for our long walk today as we were very tired from our walk from yesterday. Our walk, though very long for us, is nothing compared to the walks that you have. The retirees instead went straight to the reading of your blog.

    The retirees are surprised that there were a no. of people at the gala celebration for a party. We don't have large parties but when we do it is 3-4 people. One retiree however prefers to have large parties and invites 6-8 people at the same time. In one case, the retiree had a retirement party and invited 15 people all at the same time.

    The retirees are appreciative that you have been continuing to provide guidance despite the busy activities that you are involved in. The retirees passed a resolution to thank you for that

    Dear Author,

    We read your blog at the SRC today. Your blog was a little complicated for us as we don't really understand the complications around keeping family together. We asked Prof George for clarifications and he smiled and said that we will understand it later in life. The Dean jumped in and said that it is a good thing that Smile is getting them prepared for what lies ahead. He added that the blog is more to help people like us. Then the Dean asked us to write thanks to you for continuing to write despite your extremely exhausting schedule

Father say father say Kris no wory expense because Hannah cook like you doter and all stay in hotel and pay from them poket.   January 12th 2024 It is around mid of January. Time for us to, start getting snow storms. This will be off an on, for the next couple of weeks. It is 10.15, mixed sunny cloudy morning, windy too. Gusts are 38 to 48 km.  Friday used to be my work day, not today. Kids day camp is going on in the library, at my work place. I am off for the whole week. I have to find my own things to do, to get busy. From Monday, things will be back on track. I will be having my regular work hours. It is 11.45, I am getting ready to walk to Tim Hortons. I take it as my second home. I know that it is cold and windy. I am all set with gloves, stole and three layers underneath my winter coat. I will be fine. Whites Road and walkway is, all clear of snow. I see some white patches of snow, by the side of road, under trees and bushes. This is the beauty of Toronto, snow cleared right away.   July 7th 2023 It is hot sunny morning, 9.15 and already 24 C, feel like 26. I woke up early, done with my breakfast. Talked to one of my daughters, my middle one, called me from Grimsby.  She was going home, done with her work. It was a brief talk. She was busy, picking up her son, on the way from school. My other daughters are still at work. They will call me later on. We talk everyday, not much, just to connect.  I am busy with my computer. No message from my childhood friend. She never skips, must be busy. She was at her son's place in Sydney, was planning to go back to Perth, to be with her daughter. She must be stuck, other matters to be resolved. Anyway we have to find our own, "Things to do", to get busy, to make our day. Don't have to wait for people's calls and messages. I am busy playing Scrabble and Card games on my computer.   June 13th 2023 Beautiful morning. Great weather. It was raining all day, yesterday. Stopped at late night. I was working, Mondays are my work days. Have to go to play Darts. It starts at 9.30 in mornings. We were thirteen all together. Picked our numbers to make teams. Two boards with four teams. Three players in each. One team was odd, I mean with four. Anyway we enjoyed. Thirteen seniors on a rainy day, out to play, to enjoy time together. Amazing at that age. Gives inner peace. Boosts will power with affirmation that we still can do it. Rain or no rain, nothing can stop, to make our day. I think, will is everything behind your motto. When there is a will, there is always a way to go ahead, to move on, to do what you want. Today is Tuesday, weather is great 18 C, a bit on a cooler side. I am off, not working on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Last week I booked my flight to England. My daughters were pushing me for that.
