Moments in hand are precious

It is Wednesday beautiful morning cloudy with sunny breaks, 16 C
My Daughter has to go with her husband to Meadowhall shopping
Centre. It is one and a half hour away from Grimsby. 

 They have to get things for 14th July event. Grimsby is an smaller town.
There is only one Shopping Centre, Freshney. I am staying home.

 My Youngest will be coming from school at 3.30. I will give lunch to him 
and enjoy my precious moments. Time flies and I don't know when I will come again, in which class he will be, may be He wont need my help for his lunch or any such thing. 

 May be He wont be here like my other Grand Daughter, who lives in 
Birmingham.We have to value the moments in hand. It is 11.30, I am 
sitting in the beautiful back garden with flowers all around, enjoying 
the scenery, writing my Blog.

 Dear Reader doing 2 Jobs, we have to take care of our body, it is a Gift 
from God. I mean take break time and have lunch. Don't pray for me at 
work place. We have to divide things to do. It becomes easy and we feel no 
pressure.
I am fine now thanks to All my Dear Readers for your prayers. It means a
lot to me. Don't you people worry, I am enjoying now. Back on track.

    I have posted the blog in Smile Corner. Today being Friday, there are a lot of people who are coming. Most people come to read the blog before going home or to the pub. It is a festive atmosphere.

    We appreciate your blog today. We had a special meeting today. The retired corporate chief executive requested the meeting and present the motion that we ask you to please take a break. Some retirees were of the view that it means that we need to sacrifice reading a new blog then that's ok as we will read old blogs. We make this special request because we want you to take rest and energize yourself We will also seek to reach out to the young scholars and ask them to do the same

    Dear Author,

    We read your blog at the SRC today. After the reading of the blog, Prof George pointed out to another professor that you are having a very punishing schedule. The Dean who left after listening to the blog was not there but they plan to discuss it with him also. The Smile Army is continuing to work a lot on the Smile Garden but the Dean is trying to get them to take a break however they are addicted to the blog and are not listening

  January 12th 2024 It is around mid of January. Time for us to, start getting snow storms. This will be off an on, for the next couple of weeks. It is 10.15, mixed sunny cloudy morning, windy too. Gusts are 38 to 48 km.  Friday used to be my work day, not today. Kids day camp is going on in the library, at my work place. I am off for the whole week. I have to find my own things to do, to get busy. From Monday, things will be back on track. I will be having my regular work hours. It is 11.45, I am getting ready to walk to Tim Hortons.   July 7th 2023 It is hot sunny morning, 9.15 and already 24 C, feel like 26. I woke up early, done with my breakfast. Talked to one of my daughters, my middle one, called me from Grimsby.  She was going home, done with her work. It was a brief talk. She was busy, picking up her son, on the way from school. My other daughters are still at work. They will call me later on. We talk everyday, not much, just to connect.  I am busy with my computer. No message from my childhood friend. She never skips, must be busy. She was at her son's place in Sydney, was planning to go back to Perth, to be with her daughter. She must be stuck, other matters to be resolved. Anyway we have to find our own, "Things to do", to get busy, to make our day. Don't have to wait for people's calls and messages. I am busy playing Scrabble and Card games on my computer.   June 13th 2023 Beautiful morning. Great weather. It was raining all day, yesterday. Stopped at late night. I was working, Mondays are my work days. Have to go to play Darts. It starts at 9.30 in mornings. We were thirteen all together. Picked our numbers to make teams. Two boards with four teams. Three players in each. One team was odd, I mean with four. Anyway we enjoyed. Thirteen seniors on a rainy day, out to play, to enjoy time together. Amazing at that age. Gives inner peace. Boosts will power with affirmation that we still can do it. Rain or no rain, nothing can stop, to make our day. I think, will is everything behind your motto. When there is a will, there is always a way to go ahead, to move on, to do what you want.
