I was planning to write some scenic Views in My Blog

 But as My Dear Retiree Friends
feeling low after My Yesterday
Blog 

 I changed My Plan
and now this is for 
all My Seniors and Retiree
Friends

 Be strong and Happy
to face the World



I told My Retiree Friends
not to let anyone know
not even to your Kids and Family
that We feel like an Extra Figure
in the House we live

Not even share that thought to Yourself
now You will be thinking why
I mentioned everything in My Blog
when it is not to share

Why I want that to keep as a secret
just to hold in your heart
My Dear if We say it loud
We feel as if We are weak and be
sad and feel lonely

I wanted to show you the real picture
of We Retirees that Who we are
and where we stand 

We are an Extra Figure in the Family
We live with but it doesn't mean that
We have to be sad or depressed

Not at all I will never say that
We have to be strong and plan a Happy
Life ahead 

We did it before we brought our Kids
to flourish into beautiful Families
of their own 

These are our success stories
what are we Today is the part of
everybody's Life

We started to write our story of Life
years back and this is the same story
We are writing 

We are not done yet we have to make
our story of Life exciting not a sad one

We have to be there for ourselves
We will take care of all of our matters
and also make contributions in the
Lives of our Kids and their Families

We have to be strong to prove not to
others but to Ourselves that
We are not an extra Figure
We are part of Family  

We did it before we will do it again
lead our Life with courage and
confidence we trust ourselves

We don't have to worry about as
God is watching over us
We will make it

    I have posted the blog in Smile Corner. Today being Friday, there are lot of customers here. I have bought extra biscuits as it has become a tradition in our small town that locals come here and read blog before going back to their homes or pub

    I lost the race to post the blog on our corporate notice boards. It was already posted when I got there. Of course, there were a fresh from SDs there with a note that "enjoy these Smile Donuts, courtesy Smile Addict"

      I was in early today so was able to post the blog. The box of SDs was there when I came. There was an extra donut for the person posting the blog.

      SWS was fantastic today. Turnout was great. We took the nature route. As it is Friday, there was a little subdued atmosphere

      I hosted the Toastmasters meeting today as Kim was not available. Today's toastmasters meeting had an open agenda ie people can discuss any topic that they want but the only topic that was discussed was Smile blog. People wanted to talk about her positive attitude and her kindness to her readers.

    Dear Madam Smile, you so good. Like you write for the Dear Retirees to tell them that they should no feel low because they still useful in family and they no extra figure. I go job today and I say 1 job worker who old that you use. He say what you mean. I say you help raise kid when you young but now you should no feel bad because you no extra figure and still use. He say me what you talk about. I say it complicate my Madam write in blog but I no able tell if you no ask. He say he need make important phone. I think he head hurt also. I do proud job but no tell blog if no ask

    Dear Advisor,

    The retirees went for our long walk today. As usual, it was a long walk just under 10 mins with a few breaks in between. This walk, though very long for us, is nothing compared to the walks that you have. Afterwards, we had our lollipop.

    The retirees appreciated your kind consideration in writing an entire blog for us and our well being. The subsommittee on joint family living led the reading of the blog after we had a hearty discussion about it. Though your blog was helpful in elevating the general mood however there still are quite a few members who are quite depressed. The subsommittee on joint family living has requested me to ask you to write some additional blogs to help with the efforts to improve the retirees' mood

    As a no. of retirees are feeling low, we had no choice but to cancel the activities of the various subcommittees. There were some members who were suggesting that we cancel these activities completely and disband the entire group, however as a comprise it was agreed that we just suspend it temporarily to avoid an over-reaction

    Dear Author,

    We read your blog at the SRC today. All students and profs could not help but notice that you have a kind and humane nature. We made this observation because you changed your entire blog just to help out the retirees. One of the professors is a writer, though not an author yet, he indicated that the writers and authors alike, always want to submit their best works for their readership. He mentioned to us at the SRC that no author would even dream of putting her work on the back seat and create a new manuscript to help others.

    The sociology students are continuing their work on the assignment. They are focusing on retirement and the role of seniors in society. One of our friends, who is actively involve in the research at SRC, is writing the assignment and is saying thank you to you for today's blog as it provides additional material for the assignment

    Father say that you forget yell him today. Father say he joke, please no mind. Father say he joke but he still very sad that you think father bad and selfie. Father say he care Niklas but you no no Nias he very lazee and very bad. He no walk slow when he take father walk. He no go play friend out. He no shut when father watch Agatha Kristy. Father say he ask Hannah make oatmeal because Hannah say it no difficult. Father ask oatmeal to cool because if hot then it burn father mouth. Father say he say he old almost 67

    (Hannah say you write good. He say that you nice to because you change blog for retire people. Hannah say that he write you blog lot. Niklas say you only person who care him because you write blog for him. He say thank. Me talk father but he no want talk me. He angry because he no see rabit. I plan take him park tomorrow so he can see rabit. I will wake at same time when Hannah make oatmeal. I no no where I can find rabit. Me confuse. Me no no what do)

    Beautiful morning sunny and bright. No more rain. We had already more than enough of it. Grass and flowers, don't need any watering. It is 26 C, hot day.   This is weekend, I have to do my hair color. My friend invited me for afternoon tea. I will go there. It is always good to be with friends and family.      October 29th 2024 It's a different scenario today. Cloudy morning hazy sky. Sun is hiding under his gray blanket. It is Tuesday so I don't have to go to work. No Darts today at the library. It is a day off for me. I have to make other plans to make my day. Day offs are like clean slates. We have to write our schedule to fill out the columns of the day. When we have to go to work or school, our timings are all set.  We don't have to worry about how to pass our time. We have just a couple of hours left to sort out after coming back from our workplace or school. Weekends and day offs are tricky. We need some homework to fill out our day slots. Try to make it like a combo, a mixed plate to have a taste of everything. Day offs are like blank sheets. We can write, paint, whatever we want to do, to fill out.       October 22nd 2024 Great morning 18C. It is like summer for Canadians. Couple of more days to enjoy the outdoors.  Beautiful leaves of all colors are everywhere giving a scenic look to the atmosphere to behold and to cherish these moments. Nature is amazing. There is always something for we Humans to make our day. Take some time off from your day today to look around. You will find beauty everywhere. It doesn't matter in which part of the world you live. Don't have to plan for long trips. It is all at your doorsteps. Keep your eyes open and take a break to smell the nature around. You will get the flavor and also inner peace deep down. It will be a rare happiness all on its own. You don't have to make any payments, any investments for that. Just a time alone slot and all the transactions will be done. It works like meditation.
