It is 11 degrees but feel like 6 degrees
Yes this is common terminology
in Canada on Weather Channel 

 This Feel like number is always
there in Winter as well as in
Summer in Winter it is called
Windchill factor and in Summer
Humidex

We are used to it and always
get ready in accordance to the
Feel like Temperature

It is beautiful and Sunny Morning
We have some problem in one of
our Washrooms 

Worker will be here and water
will be turned off for couple
of Hours

I have to Plan My Day accordingly
I had My shower just after Breakfast
I wont talk about Oatmeal Porridge

My Friend Hannah had to get up
20 minutes before Work to put it on
Dear Father Table Dave was right
She is an Angel

Anyway I was on computer to read
Comments from My Readers Family
checked Messages from My Friend and
from My Daughters on My Face Book

 Playing Scrabble and Card Games
to which I am hooked up now getting
ready for My Walk 

I noticed the Trees with skeleton Body
now started Budding no leaves still
full of Buds it is amazing

Sunny and Bright Morning Birds
adding color to the whole atmosphere
they are flying and also busy talking
to each other may be visiting to some
Friend's Place

School is closed as it is Sunday
I see lots of Traffic on Whites Road
I am now at Tim Horton
My favorite Place

Mixed crowd Kids with Parents
Young Adults and also some
Older Faces like Myself

It is a Full House here a buzzing
atmosphere I am enjoying My
small Coffee with Toasted
Raisin Biscuit 

I will go to Flower Shop it is just
beside Tim Horton I always go there
it looks to Me as if I am walking
through Flower Beds

In the afternoon will go to visit
to one of My Friend's Place with
My Daughter in Law

 Others not going so will make
Meat Ball Dish for Them
My Youngest Grandson likes
it very much

It was a Great Weekend
I enjoyed every bit of it
Tomorrow I have to go to
Work I mean to Play Darts

      SWS was great. As usual there was a big group of people today. We went for the nature walk. The participants were still talking about Smile's blog from yesterday

      Smile's blog from yesterday is also creating a lot of buzz in the management circles. I was called in for a meeting with the management. HR was there too. Apparently, the managers want the HR to add the blog as reference material. They also want HR to look at adding a Smile reference as she has talked about some of the other key issues, such as parenting, empathy, writing and now listening. All this impact productivity. I was there because management wants me to look at setting up yet another series of WORKSHOS on listening

    You so good. I go say fat job worker today. I say her how you. She say I ok but I need work. I say her but why you no think. She say I do. Why you say. I say her that you still fat therefore I know. She say this silly. I say no like I think I walk in forest today. She say why you say that. I say because my Madam explain that if she go flower shop it like go in flower bed. I say she also write lot other good thing but I no tell if you no ask. She say she need urgent phone and then go. I do 2 very proud job and always read blog

    Dear Advisor,
    The retirees did not go for our long walk today. We are still very tired from the walk from two days ago. Some of the retirees are still suffering from cramps also. This walk, though very long for us, is nothing compared to the walks that you have. The retirees instead went straight to the reading of your blog.

    My apologies again for writing a very late comment yesterday. The retirees continued our discussions from yesterday. We decided to set up a special subcommittee to talk about listening. They are going to use your blog as reference. This subcommittee has various retired professionals and is being led by the retired communications consultant. The retired gentleman was a corporate communication consultant and speech writer for some of the political leaders. He was extremely impressed with your blog. We also decided that this blog as well as ideas will be used as reference to guide other subcommittees, specially the parenting and nurturing subcommittee. In addition, the subcommittee is going to update the the "Smile with Smile" collateral . They commented that this will change the way the parenting is done

    The retirees are very tired from our long deliberations however are still looking for more. Specially, the subcommittee on nutrition and physical well being as well the subcommittee on mental health are requesting additional information from you

    Dear Author,

    We went through your blog at the SRC as is our routine. The professor of English literature simply loved the blog. She has already commented to us previously that your style is unique and a cross between Herriott and Chaucer. She pointed out that this today's blog is another example of your unique style. She called you people's writer

    The sociology professors are still going through your blog from yesterday about listening. They had a class discussion on that blog today also. During the discussion they brought up several new points which they missed yesterday. The class is also doing an assignment on your blog. The Dean is encouraging the professors to get the students to think about the blog from the perspective of applying it to social issues eg parenting, dealing with co-workers etc. The rival group is also interested in participating however we dont want to include them at this time

    Yesterday's blog saved our 2 day conference. Yes CONFERENCE!! I was in a 2 day event and the concluding presentation was being heckled. I decided to use excerpts from yesterday's bog and after a few minutes, magic happened. Everyone started listening. The result, the entire conference was saved!!

    Father say you forget yell father today. Father say he joke, please no mind. Father say he no understand why you say Hannah problem with oatmeal. Father ask Hannah and she say it no problem. Father say he try play scrabble but it to complicate. Father no like. Father say he watch tele to get idea about watch rabit but they no tell father new. Father tell Kris watch tele with father but he no do. So father yell him. Father sit back garden but no rabit. Father will go before sun tomorrow to park and see see. Father say he no say he old almost 67

    (Hannah say you nice that you go daughter law like friend. She say you daughter law luck. Niklas say that grandpapa take tablet and competer today so he play scrable. He also watch national geopraphic to get idea about rabit. Niklas say he go mall all day tomorrow. Me watch tele with father for 55 mins but father want me to watch more but me no time. Father angry and say did father no watch with me when I Niklas. Me no time. Me confuse. Me no no what do)

     October 29th 2024 It's a different scenario today. Cloudy morning hazy sky. Sun is hiding under his gray blanket. It is Tuesday so I don't have to go to work. No Darts today at the library. It is a day off for me. I have to make other plans to make my day. Day offs are like clean slates. We have to write our schedule to fill out the columns of the day. When we have to go to work or school, our timings are all set.  We don't have to worry about how to pass our time. We have just a couple of hours left to sort out after coming back from our workplace or school. Weekends and day offs are tricky. We need some homework to fill out our day slots. Try to make it like a combo, a mixed plate to have a taste of everything. Day offs are like blank sheets. We can write, paint, whatever we want to do, to fill out.       October 22nd 2024 Great morning 18C. It is like summer for Canadians. Couple of more days to enjoy the outdoors.  Beautiful leaves of all colors are everywhere giving a scenic look to the atmosphere to behold and to cherish these moments. Nature is amazing. There is always something for we Humans to make our day. Take some time off from your day today to look around. You will find beauty everywhere. It doesn't matter in which part of the world you live. Don't have to plan for long trips. It is all at your doorsteps. Keep your eyes open and take a break to smell the nature around. You will get the flavor and also inner peace deep down. It will be a rare happiness all on its own. You don't have to make any payments, any investments for that. Just a time alone slot and all the transactions will be done. It works like meditation. It's 11.45, I am at Tim Hortons enjoying my small tea, not coffee today. We have to change our menu too. It works something like a change...
