Brain Versus Mind

My Dear Retiree Friends
were asking material for their
subcommittees on Nutrition
and Healthy Living

I have written many of My Blogs
on this Topic I believe that

Mind -- Body --- Nutrition and
Healthy Living all are in the
same alignment 

If We disturb the equilibrium of
anyone of these Everything will
be messed up 

But here just keep one thing in Mind
that Our Mind always takes the lead
to set the direction 

Mind is directed by our Thinking
by Our Thoughts in our Brain
Brain is the Store House our Storage

I am thinking that Brain and Mind are
two different 

Brain releases filters out our Thoughts
and gives to Mind to handle that Moment

Mind is an obedient servant of our Brain
like a Robot starts action takes our Body
in the action Mode

This action affects our Health that is
Walking around -- Exercise -- Working
doing certain things to get busy

It also affects our Nutrition as Our Mind
sets the direction of our Mood 

If our Mood is up we are feeling Happy
We take different Diet -- like check
what goes inside our Body

We make sure it has to be Healthy watch
our calories sugar level and so on 

When We are not in a good Mood feeling
Low -- Sad or Depressed We don't care
for others and at the same time
We don't care about Ourselves too

We don't care about our Body as at that
time our Mind goes Freeze it stops
giving Direction so We lose Track

Our Thoughts get stray wanders everywhere
most of the times goes in the Past or
goes in the Future ---- too far We get scared
but not at all in the present Moment

So Bodily We are there but Our Mind not
there to give us the Direction to hold
our Hand

We start behaving very differently as our
Brain is always full of Thoughts it is
already clogged

We can not get Direction from anywhere
We eat whatever is there and as much
is there 

Our Healthy Living is related to Healthy
Nutrition and Healthy Life Style
a balanced way to lead our lives

Walking -- Exercise  and Doing Things
to move around this all depends on
Healthy Mind

Healthy Mind gives positive Direction
to do positive Things

So the Root of Happiness is Positive Thinking
and Negating Negative Thoughts let it be buried
deep down somewhere inside Your Brain

Don't listen to that as our Mind works on
our Active and Loud Thoughts only so
think positive it always works

Our Thinking directs our Brain to give
direction to our Mind where to go
and what to do then Mind
handles Our Body 

To focus on Health -- Nutrition and
ultimately on Healthy Living

work on your Thinking only
everything will be settled down
don't You worry about My Dear

Think Positive that's all

    You so good. You write about brain and mind. Mr Supervisor came talk me and then go to talk job worker. I hear him say to her that you need be on time because you project late. She say me that she feel bad. I say why. She say Mr. Supervisor yell me that why I sad. I say her why you sad and angry. You tell you mind that you happy and then you be happy. She say what you mean. I say I no allow tell you until you ask because my Madam say no tell if no ask. She say I need go work or he will be more angry. I say her no you just tell you mind that be happy and you will be happy. She say she need make important phone. I do 2 very proud job and always read blog.

  7. Dear Advisor,

    The retirees went for our long walk today. After that we had our lollipop. This walk, though very long for us, is nothing compared to the walks that you have. The retirees instead went straight to the reading of your blog.

    Your blog was of interest to all retirees as it addresses some of the concerns that we are all interested in. It was of particular interests to the retired nutritionist and the retired dietitians. They have not come across the studies linking human mind, human behaviour and nutrition. Both these retirees are held in high esteem by their professional colleagues. They are still asked to consult on serious cases of dietary and nutrition needs by their colleagues. They plan to study this blog further and will be requesting their active colleagues to get involve as well

    Your blog generated a lot of interest in our department of psychology today. One of my friends who is an editor of this comment, is a psychology student and she mentioned that this blog was referenced by the professor during the class. In addition, the professor asked the class to do an assignment based on the blog.

    We were discussing this at the SRC when the Dean dropped by. He made several flattering comments about you. I am not writing it here as I have heard that famous authors dont like that

  11. Father say you forget yell at father today. He say he joke please no mind. Father say he know lot about brain and food. Father say he say if he brain want soup then father yell Hannah to bring soup and then father get soup right away. Father say Hannah soup no good. It very burn. Father say he go walk today in driveway. He walk 2 time because it long walk. Father say he no say he old almost 67

    (Hannah say you blog very good ideas. He say he talk blog with nabor because nabor like to. Niklas say grandpapa made him walk 10 mins today bekause he stop every single stop because grandpapa say it rain last day so driveway very slip but driveway dry. Me yell Niklas lot today because he no study only watch football on tele and play competer. Me confuse. Me no no what do)

  14. I dont know if Smile is better writer, better philosopher or better psychologist. Just look at this:

    "Mind is directed by our Thinking

    She then puts it very simply for all of us layman
