These are Messages
of Happiness

Please don't call them
Rival Group

We all are from the same
Human Family

I was thinking about Happiness
how it Travels from person to
person and from various spots
reaches to us

I think it travels like a Current like
Electricity We have to use many
sockets to get it connected and also
many Faucets to drain out Happiness

Many Sockets to have a continuous
flow of Happiness not to have a
Power Breakdown

We have to use multiple Power Houses
to generate the power of Happiness

We have to use various Resources
of Energy Reservoirs to get the flow
of Happiness with no interruption

No disturbance no Fuse out no Power
shortage and for smooth running of
the whole System for the Project
of Our Happiness

We never have to use a Single Point
Source of Energy it will not work out
will not be a Fool Proof System

I try to explain what I believe

Reservoirs of Happiness

1 : Family
2 : Work Place
3 : Friends
4 : God -- Spirituality

How much portion of Each one
depends on the Fact that which
 Age Bracket We stand

I divided Our Life Span into 5 Periods

1 : Childhood Period
 50 % Friends
 50 % Family

2 : Teen to Young Adult

35% Family
65 % Friends

3 : Ages between 25 Years to 45
  60 % Family
  40 % Work Place

4 : Ages between 50 Years to 65

40 % Family
55 % Work Place
5 % God -- Spirituality

5 : Period after Retirement

Family is gone Nest is Empty
Now they are busy with their own Things

Parents gone
Sisters and Brothers
Connection lost as 1: no common interest
2 : not in good health
Friends ---- Unable to keep connected

Work Place done

      Here I want to Focus
      how to enjoy Our
      after Retirement Period

1 : Cultivate Hobbies

It has to be initiated between
    ages of  50 ----  65
so that We can take Our Hobbies
to flourish it to full Bloom in
    our after Retirement Era

Anyway done is done
We can take a start at any time

2 : Cultivate Our Friendship

We have to spend time with
people of our Age group so that
We can relate with them
to enjoy our time

3 : Spend time with Nature
4 : Reading Books any Topic to enjoy
5 : Writing anything to enjoy our Time
start writing Our Own Daily Journal
    to get busy

6 : Spend Time with God
This should be the first one
in the List of Resources of
     Happiness

It will give You inner peace and
power to get connected with all
  His Creatures Big and Small

Always have one Slot in Your Life
for this very important Source of
Energy this is one of the Main Pillar
in our Castle of Happiness

Happiness flows like Electricity
but it gives a visual effect as if
We are living in a Castle

With everything to enjoy it gives the
utmost Contentment and inner Peace
of Mind leading to a Healthy Life

  1. To my dear friend Smile,

Hello my dear Smile, how are you? I can see you are just as positive as ever, thank God for that, we need more people like you in the world. It was so strange, I was feeling down today for the first time in a long time, and then you came into my head. I logged on to find a whole post dedicated to how to be happy. You have not changed a bit, saving me once again from my bad thoughts.

    Thank you always,
    Xin

  2. I have posted the blog in Smile Corner. Today being Friday, there are lot of customers here. I have bought extra biscuits as it has become a tradition in our small town that locals come here and read blog before going back to their homes or pub. This week there is an even bigger crowd as Smile's blog about teen is very popular. Priest is making notes from the blog about listening, Customers are smiling

Today's toastmasters meeting had an open agenda ie people can discuss any topic that they want but the only topic that was discussed was Smile blog. People wanted to talk about her positive attitude and her kindness to her readers.

  8. Dear Advisor,

The retirees went for our long walk today. As usual, it was a long walk just under 10 mins with a few breaks in between. Our walk, though very long for us is nothing compared to the ones that you take. After that we had our lollipop

Your blog was phenomenal today. It was so involved that we had to read it twice. The retired social scientist led the reading of the blog and indicated that you have boiled the art of happiness and good living to a simple science. The retired philosophy professor mentioned that in his many years of university teaching, he has not come across something so profound as this.

The retired physical trainer and the retired professional athlete are co-leading the health and well being committee and have asked for your comments. The subcommittee on joint family living has also asked for your comments

    thanks
    recent retiree

  10. Dear Author,

We read your blog at the SRC. As per your advice we allowed the other group to join us. There was a lot of protest and heart burn as a no. of our students are not comfortable with the decision. The other group is also taking on more activities regarding your blogs and acting as if they are the champions of your blog. They are also calling themselves Smile's army. Our friends are not very happy with that

Your blog made our sociology classes get extra assignment. The teachers loved your blog. The philosophy professor is quite senior and used this blog as reference

If you can please ask the other group to calm down. We are having lots of challenges already with them being there

    thanks

  11. This week has been a whirlwind of educational blogs for us. You have been tutoring us in the art of listening, nurturing teenage juveniles, enthralling us in the prosaic scenery and much more. Yet it was today's blog that we found to be a masterclass. You dissected happiness and expounded the science behind it. For most of the authors, this would have been adequate, yet you did not stop there. Instead of leaving your readership guessing, you chose to elucidate this further by annotating it with facile articulation. It is this form because of which we consider you above and beyond the charlatans which troll the literary world these days

thank you for making our days brighter
    Dave and Linda
