To My Dear Friends Parents & Teachers Kris My Dear Friend was saying that He gave 2 Hours lecture to Niklas which was not of any use as Niklas didn't listen Kris has to Yell to make Him listen still not worked out I was not surprised at all by all this This is a very common story of Everybody Home same thing between  Parents and Kids I have read a Book titled   " Listening " it was about 30 Years back but I still remember  Author emphasized Listening as a very important Skill and also that First Job depends 80 % on Listening I agree but how not any emphasis on the Art of how to make anybody to Listen  There is so much focus on the Art of Speech -- Speakers Forum and Courses about how to be a Good Speaker Nothing on how to make Someone to Listen I think the Word " Lecture "  is very repulsive Where the other Party is taken as a Hostage with no option just sitting there with Eyes open Ears
