Waiting Room
We all are confused about the
weather it is end January and
no snow temperature is in plus
While I wait at my driveway for
my friend's car in the morning
I enjoy birds chirping snow nearly
gone just in small corners
Trees are still I think trying to figure
out what to do some started budding
others are in wait and see Mode
My Dear Kris Father you were asking
me why I doing laundry and not asking
my son to do it for me
Never think doing job is a punishment
when I do my things like laundry
changing bed sheets or cooking
Helping my daughter in law in kitchen
making special dishes for my family
I consider it as a Gift to myself
a sense of Affirmation to my
Mind and Body
As if I am still in the Ring I can do it
it gives me strength to move on
to boost my confidence
We don't know how long we have
to be here I believe that there is time
for Everyone to go
Still I also believe that Life is a Gift
from God we have to enjoy and
make use of every moment
I can not lock myself up in a
Waiting room to wait for my
fate my final Destiny
Enjoy till last moment if we can
with the permission of our Creator

I held a special meeting today about Smile's blog. It was literally house full. I was sure that we are violating many fire code violations. Based on the interest I was asked by management to have a daily session for the rest of the week.

DeletePS: It will be helpful if we can have more printouts next time. Some people were taking more than 1 copies of her blog. I asked one person and she said that she is taking extras for her neighbour too

Dear Madam Smile, you write so good blog. I also try write. I no good as you. I no share anyone to because you tell me no share. I write like I get up. It dark as Mr. Sun sleep. He wake up. I wake up to. I late so run to job 1. Mr. Sun late to so he run to. I get job late. Mr. Supervisor in office. I go behind his office as he no like if I late. He see me from window and say hello. I say hello to. I ask if he finish blog. He say no. He no look happy I say I ask because you in stress and Madam blog help stress. I tell him about Dear Retirees and he say thank you and say let me tell you work for today. I say ok. He look at watch. I say you watch wrong? He say no it right. ReplyDeleteWe appreciate your blog and counsel. We did our long walk today and then had our lollipop. As is common, some other folks joined us. This included families with young kids also. As some of the members from our subcommittee were having a side conversation which they inadvertently overheard, they requested some background. As per your previous instructions, we shared with them your blogs relating to parenting. They were completely awestruck. One of the families happened to be a researching psychologist who practices in a children hospital. He has requested to be added to the subcommittee. Though he is not retired and not part of the retiree community, we have added him to the subcommittee as a consulting member.

Father say that he will go for walk in mall next week. He say Kris (me) will take day off as Father no want go in evening because mall busy. Father say Niklas should come to as Father can tell Niklas what do and also tell Niklas how study. Father say he very good in football to and can show Niklas how play football on weekend. Most of the philosophers and thinkers often choose to delve into "soft" and "easy" topics, yet you have chosen to take a plunge into deep waters. We have often commented at the artistic style and penance but lately your wisdom has been a topic of conversation for us. It is no surprise that the entire range of people and all demographics are trying to take advantage of that. This includes those working in the corporate offices, those doing their weekend shopping in small European towns, school going children, parents, retirees etc. We also have been relishing as well as learning

ReplyDeleteMe and my friends are very hesitant to write comments. I think I shared the reason previously ie we are students of literature whereas you are a masterclass. We know that our words are not as potent and well chosen as you employ, we hope that you will forgive our weak language. We do want one day to write as well as you do. In our class today, we talked bout your blogs from last 2 days. Our professor chose this as a topic for us. He was highlighting the diversity of thoughts and the imagery that you create in your blogs. He came to know about the blogs as one of my classmate shared the details with him. Yes, we all read your blogs.
