 We are Family

My Dear Kris Father
don't put Hannah
under pressure 
to make fresh Oatmeal
cereal every Morning

 We have to tackle our own
wishes to come true

 Our Family we live with
is already has to deal
so much bc of us

 No more please
We have to leave them
alone to have some
time off

My Dear friend Kris is worried
about Niklas playing computer
games all the times same is my
Son about his Kids 

I was thinking about this matter
it looks not simple
a very complex situation

If we cap computer hours
Kids start going outside
Parents are scared of the
world outside

 Kids are smart they know their
Marks are very important to us
they somehow manage and
keep track of that aspect

Now we have no point keeping them
away from their favorite domain

Parents have two top priorities
1 : Marks
2 : Keep them away from outside 
     world
Parents want everything in their favor
get panicky can not cut down
their Kids playing time 

You can not have everything My Dear
when I go deep down this matter
looks to me that Kids started loosing
their social Life

Kids don't talk much but if you allow
them to go out still no one is talking

 They visit each other's place with
their controller in hand to play
games together

I never see them without their
head phones they are sitting together
still not talking

 Then I see them texting all the time
so may be they are more connected
to their friends than us

They adopted the new way of
communication it is through
internet they are more comfortable
with this than verbal 

 I think no harm in that we at this age
first thing in the morning go to our
face book to check Messages

 Kids are OK I think we are thinking
too much into it

    You write so good. You fix problem for so many dear readers. Like Dear retirees, Dear Kris, Dear Niklas, Dear Hannah and so many. You very kind to, like you forgive dear recent retiree. I come work and saw one kid going school with his mother. I say him that it good you play game. It no bad you play more. He was very happy but his mother no happy. I no tell her blog because you say no tell blog. I tell her that I do 2 proud job but I always read my Madam blog.

    Dear Advisor,

    Thank you for your generosity in forgiving me for my yet another careless mistake. Unfortunately the retirees have not been that understanding. They have requested for my resignation. I cant blame them as there has been 2 lapses of judgement at my end. They have passed a resolution to consider revoking my membership. Keeping in view my past engagements, they have decided to delay bringing forward the motion by a day. This is to help provide me some time to prepare my defence.

    The retirees did go for our walk today. The walk was under 10 mins and it was much shorter than the ones that you take. After that we had our lollipop. Following that we had our meeting to deal with the unpleasant business about me. The other subcommittees continued to function. The subcommittee on joint family living and also on parenting were the ones given an opportunity to lead the reading of today's blog

    Father say that it no difficult make oatmeal. Father say Hannah can make in 5 min. Father say family lucky that father live. He give so advice to everyone. Father say you wrong that kid should play computer. Father say you no no today kid. They bad. They spend all time on computer. They no walk skool. They easy life. They no no understand value time and money. All time they spend watch tele and play compiter. Father say they no competer should be for skool work. If they want talk friend, then they play out. Father say Niklas is worst. You no no him. He no do anything. No no how talk grandpapa. He no time with grandpapa. Father say he old almost 67

    (Niklas very happy with blog. He say thank. He say he try sit less time on computer but nothing to do. He say he go skool. It no his fault if grandpapa bore. Niklas say if he go talk him, grandpapa yell him. Hannah say thank to. He say it nice you consider others to. She say she wake early 10 mins today to make oatmeal but it ok. Me tell Niklas that he play to much computer. It complicate situation but simple answer. Niklas should study more. If he has time then take rubbish out. Help vacum. Do dish. He get work so pay for thing to. Hannah say no yell him but me confuse. Me no no what do)

    From a young person's point of view, you are absolutely correct. It makes perfect sense. Your blog should be required reading for all parents. It will make it so much easier for everyone in the family

  January 12th 2024 It is around mid of January. Time for us to, start getting snow storms. This will be off an on, for the next couple of weeks. It is 10.15, mixed sunny cloudy morning, windy too. Gusts are 38 to 48 km.  Friday used to be my work day, not today. Kids day camp is going on in the library, at my work place. I am off for the whole week. I have to find my own things to do, to get busy. From Monday, things will be back on track. I will be having my regular work hours. It is 11.45, I am getting ready to walk to Tim Hortons. I take it as my second home. I know that it is cold and windy. I am all set with gloves, stole and three layers underneath my winter coat. I will be fine. Whites Road and walkway is, all clear of snow. I see some white patches of snow, by the side of road, under trees and bushes. This is the beauty of Toronto, snow cleared right away.   July 7th 2023 It is hot sunny morning, 9.15 and already 24 C, feel like 26. I woke up early, done with my breakfast. Talked to one of my daughters, my middle one, called me from Grimsby.  She was going home, done with her work. It was a brief talk. She was busy, picking up her son, on the way from school. My other daughters are still at work. They will call me later on. We talk everyday, not much, just to connect.  I am busy with my computer. No message from my childhood friend. She never skips, must be busy. She was at her son's place in Sydney, was planning to go back to Perth, to be with her daughter. She must be stuck, other matters to be resolved. Anyway we have to find our own, "Things to do", to get busy, to make our day. Don't have to wait for people's calls and messages. I am busy playing Scrabble and Card games on my computer.   June 13th 2023 Beautiful morning. Great weather. It was raining all day, yesterday. Stopped at late night. I was working, Mondays are my work days. Have to go to play Darts. It starts at 9.30 in mornings. We were thirteen all together. Picked our numbers to make teams. Two boards with four teams. Three players in each. One team was odd, I mean with four. Anyway we enjoyed. Thirteen seniors on a rainy day, out to play, to enjoy time together. Amazing at that age. Gives inner peace. Boosts will power with affirmation that we still can do it. Rain or no rain, nothing can stop, to make our day. I think, will is everything behind your motto. When there is a will, there is always a way to go ahead, to move on, to do what you want. Today is Tuesday, weather is great 18 C, a bit on a cooler side. I am off, not working on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Last week I booked my flight to England. My daughters were pushing me for that.
