sky and made this happen or
God put some cosmetics
to beautify the atmosphere 

My Son clearing the Driveway to take
the red Caravan as we have to go to
Hockey Arena for Kids games

The other smaller car silver Jetta 
is under the thick blanket of snow 

It was a bad night I mean I did not have
a good sleep it happens as we get older
start experiencing Sleep problem

I take certain measures to rectify this
which might be helpful to others too

Go to bedroom at a fixed time
cut off all activities to give signal
to your body to slow down 

If we miss that time period our body
will try to to be active again

Do not give mixed signals to your mind
and body your sleep will be disturbed

Do not leave your bed in the middle of night
stay lying down even if you are awake
don't try to stay up late at night

    This blog provided me with a perfect ice breaker for my business meeting today. I used the blogs about parenting from the weekend and since most of the participants were parents, they loved it. IT created a much more humane environment for the rest of the meeting

    Father say that he no no agree what science people because they change mind all time. He say he no using 50 year old way to teach kid, he is using 75 year old way because father grandpapa use it to. He say how can something that old be wrong. He say old is better. He say he read in Anglais learning that old is gold. He say he also check see mark on him and Kris and Niklas but no mark. Niklas suppose do what grandpapa tell Niklas. He say Kris suppose do what Father tell. Father say he old almost 67

    (Niklas say he no no what do because grandpapa no understand that he rong. He say grandpapa say listen grandpapa because grandpapa old, but it no Niklas fault that grandpapa old. Hannah say that you right but me confuse. Me no no what do)

  January 12th 2024 It is around mid of January. Time for us to, start getting snow storms. This will be off an on, for the next couple of weeks. It is 10.15, mixed sunny cloudy morning, windy too. Gusts are 38 to 48 km.  Friday used to be my work day, not today. Kids day camp is going on in the library, at my work place. I am off for the whole week. I have to find my own things to do, to get busy. From Monday, things will be back on track. I will be having my regular work hours. It is 11.45, I am getting ready to walk to Tim Hortons. I take it as my second home. I know that it is cold and windy. I am all set with gloves, stole and three layers underneath my winter coat. I will be fine. Whites Road and walkway is, all clear of snow. I see some white patches of snow, by the side of road, under trees and bushes. This is the beauty of Toronto, snow cleared right away.   July 7th 2023 It is hot sunny morning, 9.15 and already 24 C, feel like 26. I woke up early, done with my breakfast. Talked to one of my daughters, my middle one, called me from Grimsby.  She was going home, done with her work. It was a brief talk. She was busy, picking up her son, on the way from school. My other daughters are still at work. They will call me later on. We talk everyday, not much, just to connect.  I am busy with my computer. No message from my childhood friend. She never skips, must be busy. She was at her son's place in Sydney, was planning to go back to Perth, to be with her daughter. She must be stuck, other matters to be resolved. Anyway we have to find our own, "Things to do", to get busy, to make our day. Don't have to wait for people's calls and messages. I am busy playing Scrabble and Card games on my computer.   June 13th 2023 Beautiful morning. Great weather. It was raining all day, yesterday. Stopped at late night. I was working, Mondays are my work days. Have to go to play Darts. It starts at 9.30 in mornings. We were thirteen all together. Picked our numbers to make teams. Two boards with four teams. Three players in each. One team was odd, I mean with four. Anyway we enjoyed. Thirteen seniors on a rainy day, out to play, to enjoy time together. Amazing at that age. Gives inner peace. Boosts will power with affirmation that we still can do it. Rain or no rain, nothing can stop, to make our day. I think, will is everything behind your motto. When there is a will, there is always a way to go ahead, to move on, to do what you want. Today is Tuesday, weather is great 18 C, a bit on a cooler side. I am off, not working on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Last week I booked my flight to England. My daughters were pushing me for that.
