My Dear Retiree Friends
for your Nutrition Committee
I write about my eating Habits

If it will be of any use

I hardly eat out simply I don't
enjoy that

Mostly try to use fresh ingredients
for cooking not processed ones

As far as about going to frozen lake
if you enjoy something 

Your heart and soul is into it
nothing matters and bothers


We Baby Boomers were like
Stars in our Days now after
retirement refuse to accept
that our Days are done

We won't leave the space our Spot
for the Next Generation to fill in

We had to leave the Spot at our
Workplace in Offices that was
unavoidable 

We had to accept and face it but
not anymore

I won't leave my another position
I was Master of my House my Family
no one can take it away from me

My Son now has His own Family
His own Kids but He has to keep in
mind I rule the House 

I am retired but not from my other
responsibilities

I live with Him but won't be an underdog
I have to be strong fight for my Rights
for my Father Figure

Otherwise they will push me to the wall
I won't have to live as a Second Citizen
at my Place

I am still the Boss that's it
Everyone has to listen to me
end of story enough is enough

I salute all Children of We Baby Boomers
whole Generation of your's handling
the pressure for keeping your Parents
with you 

Giving us Family atmosphere and
keeping us away from loneliness

Thank You All Children living in Joint
Family and undergoing all the on going
problems you have to tackle

I can understand My Dear
You are doing your duty
now it is our turn to share 
some of  your pressure

We have to be co - operative and be
reasonable in our demanding attitude
in our expectations 

We Baby Boomers have to be flexible
to keep the Joint Family System alive
