Kris My Dear
Father not going anywhere
He is My Friend

He is very generous
He only has to watch His
Tele Hours

That's it He can manage
We all Love Him

Niklas My little Friend
I am proud of You
and Your Friends for going
to Church for My Father
Thanks a lot Love You

Dear Retiree Friends
I am really proud of You

You are doing so much
work to give messages
from My Blogs

To help Community
Thank You

Our Kids are Our Asset
our Future I will write
more about this
important Subject

Keep going to cafe
to hold your Meetings
this is good for You

Today My Blog
is about Listening

The more I start thinking about
Listening the more I feel about
that it is very complicated

Not easy --  listening has so many
stages we often think as Hearing
is Listening

Not like that we need our whole
body to be involved in that process
It is the strongest communication

We have to absorb ourselves cut off
from all other businesses of ours
and have to focus

The person who is talking should
have total trust that I am getting
his Message

Hearing is done through Ears
Listening is when our Body is into it
including our Mind and our Heart

20 Years back I read a book about
Listening I liked it very much
it was mentioned that 80% of our
first job depends on Listening

I totally agree with that it is not simple
it is a project needs lots of training
and practice

Believe me on the other hand
the listening time period is
like a  Meditation time zone

We switch off all the buttons of our
stray thoughts our Body is immersed
and totally focused it also needs
lots of patience

This is Meditation no doubt about that
Just try that and how relaxed you will be
for that time you will know yourself

  5. This blog provided me with a perfect fix for my business meeting today. We were in a meeting where no one was listening. During the break I suggested that we refresh our minds too and read this blog. The entire meeting dynamics changed.

  10. Dear Advisor,

The retirees did not go for the walk today as we were too tired. We did however go to the cafe to do the joint reading of your blog. We were very surprised, and to be honest, humbled that you thanked us for our endeavours. It should be YOU who deserve to be showered with appreciation and not us.

We talked about today's blog and due to the significant interest, have formed a subcommittee to look into this. This subcomittee will research your blog and once it has learnt the fine art of listening, will share it with the other subcommittees. This is because, listening is something which is critically needed by all the subcommittees.

The reason I am writing late today is because we also dealt with another matter today. As you cleared the retired data security scientist and the retired information security consultant from any misgivings, we scheduled a meeting to formally reinstate them as members. Though your decision came last week but we did not want to meet until this week as a mark of respect to your father. The two members, a lady and a gentlemen, have expressed their sincere thanks and gratitude to you for your vote of confidence in them.

    thank you
    recent retiree

  11. What is going on here? Is anyone listening? Is there anyone home? I give up! Really. I am this close to stop being kind. After all there is a limit to everything ...

Thanks mrizvi. Appreciate you letting us know that this is a good blog

  12. Just chill Plunker. Take a cold bath. Or read one of Smile's blog again. That should calm you down. No point in popping an artery. Kids these days do not think seriously. Their pet phrase is " I dont care". I think thats why Smile wants us to be generous to all

Good work mrizvi. How is school coming along kiddo

  13. This blog is absolute brilliance from Smile. Just have a read how she describes listening
    "Hearing is done through Ears
Listening is when our Body is into it
including our Mind and our Heart"

I have not seen a better definition yet!
