Dear Retirees
I am Happy for your
Trips to Cafe

These Group Meetings
are of great value will
brighten your Days

Dear Kris My Friend
I did everything to make
understand your Father

He has knowledge and
wisdom but he pretends

I think it suits him
you have to talk to him
he will listen to you

Keep trying to make him
understand don't give up
you have to draw limits
and take stand

Father is old now it is your
responsibility to do justice
to your Entire Family

I will write more Blogs on this
topic of Social importance

Very common matters
in joint Family system

We Humans are unique everyone
has His / Her own personality
we all have inner beauty of
our own same are our Kids

It is our common mistake when
we compare Siblings like
Look ! he is getting high Grades
studying long hours why not you

He is playing outdoors and maintaining
his grades too and you just sitting beside
your computer and don't go out

Come on don't be shy learn
from your brother

We have to give a push no doubt
have to groom their Talents
give them Direction and guide to
the right path

Help them in their Career Guidance
but have to deal them like Individuals

When we are dealing with our children
keep in mind they differ in their Mood
Behavior and Nature

We are dealing with different
personalities looks lots of work
not anymore if we spend
time with our kids

We can have a clear understanding
of everything and will come to know
that each reacts in His / Her own way

Try to understand spend
some time to evolve them in
beautiful human beings
to be proud of

They wont ever let you down
they are budding personalities
they are our Future our Asset
not a Bunch of Kids

  2. I lost the race to post the blog on our corporate notice boards. It was already posted when I got there. Of course, there was also a box of fresh SDs with a note from SA

  4. This blog provided me with a perfect ice breaker for my business meeting today. We were comparing 2 departments and it showed us, why departments, like siblings should not be dealt in the same manner.

    Smile is fantastic

    3. SWS was fun. There are some managers who also join these walks. People were saying TGIM (Thank God Its Monday) and one manager overhead that. They could not understand it and asked some people. They replied that we are happy because we get to read 3 blogs today.

    4. SWN was fun too. We talked about Smile's blog about parenting. It created a big buzz. Based on the interest, Kim, you will probably be getting requests for more sessions

  9. Dear Advisor,

Thank you for continuing to encourage us through your blogs. This encouragement is very helpful for us.

The retired social scientist and the retired child psychologist lead today's session of the reading of your blog. They could not believe that you have so much material to share. They are still digesting the information about parenting that you shared with them previously. They believe that it will take them some time before they can go through the additional information. To avoid delaying it further, we passed a resolution to give them an ok to reach out to their professional network and get additional help. They will be doing that in a day or two. This was required to cope with the additional information that you have shared. The retired corporate executive will be overseeing all this activity. Due to the privacy concerns that you have highlighted to us, we have added a retired information security consultant and retired privacy advocate to the team.

Our subcommittees on the social issues have restarted to function. These include the ones on Joint Family living, Healthy Eating and Nutrition and of course Parenting. The sub committee on physical well being which is being led by the retired Professional Athlete is also functioning. Please feel free to let us know any suggestions that you have on these items. The retired nutritionist is particularly interested in your advice.

    thank you
