To All My Dear Readers
Take the whole chicken skin on mark cuts so that spices
easily get absorbed and will taste better.
Put it in a baking dish add vinegar enough to soak
the whole chicken.
In a cup or small bowl take some Soy sauce add only garlic paste
not much, salt and pepper.
Mix and paste this on the chicken also inside.
Leave it for couple of hours in the fridge
it is better if overnight.
Take some small potatoes cut into half
sprinkle some salt and pepper
put it in the baking dish with chicken
Put the dish in the oven with foil on
at 450 for 20 minutes
take off the foil leave the dish for further 20 minutes
with same temp.
It is done now broil for 2 minutes to give color.
Enjoy with rice or make sandwiches
It will be great with green peas and corn
