From Heathrow Airport

It is Tuesday morning sunny bright beautiful 16 C in London England --
34 C in Toronto. It is 10 am, I am done with my breakfast, walking around
in the back garden of my daughter in Reading.

My luggage is all packed, I am sort of ready to go to my home to Toronto.
I have to say good bye to England, the land of three of my Daughters.
I spent about eight weeks here, shunting between Croydon, Grimsby and Reading.

I came to England on 1st of July leaving today on 28th of August. It all looked now a dream to me and Dreams always come to an end. I have to come to reality. Done is done. I have to leave at 11 am from my Daughter's place for Heathrow airport. That is reality.

My Air Canada flight is waiting for me at Terminal # 2. At 3 pm it will fly and take me to my home,Toronto. My Son will be waiting for me at Pearson airport. I will be in Toronto at 6.40 pm, that is 11.40 pm England time.

I am in the car now leaving my Daughter's place going towards Heathrow.
My Grandson is driving. He is in 3rd year in Leeds Uni. I am sitting on front seat next to him. My Daughter is talking to me from back seat.

We had great time at Heathrow Airport, had Soy Latte with sandwiches, rice cake and almond croissant at Costa cafe. Afterwards I was going to the Departures, my Daughter was standing with her son to see me off.

End of the Fairy Tale Trip to England. But this is life. It goes on changing.
That's the beauty. I will freeze these amazing moments till my next trip to
England.

I am in the plane now writing My Blog enjoying my flight
watching " Peter Rabbit " I enjoy cartoon movies.

  1. I have posted the blog in Smile Corner. The customers are appreciating the at Smile wrote even on the day of the trip however they are saying that miss the Recipe blog. They are asking if you can post one tomorrow. The priest was here and told them that we should not put too much demand on Smile as she must be jet lagged

  7. Dear Advisor,

The retirees went for our long walk today. After that we had our lollipop. This walk, though very long for us, is nothing compared to the walks that you have. The retirees instead went straight to the reading of your blog.

The retirees appreciated that you wrote for your readers on the day of your international travel. We don't travel, either internationally or nationally, so don't have much experience. One retiree does do a lot of travelling. He travels one a year on a very long flight. His flight is 2 hours. He mentioned that he dose not engage in any activity other than waiting for the plane during the week This is because it is too stressful.

The hospital administrator, the physicians, the hospital staff, the café manager, the chef and many ex patients came to the reading of the blog as it is Thursday and they were thinking that you will write your Recipe blog. We jokingly refer to it as Recipe Thursday. They were somewhat disappointed as there were no recipes however they said that they understand that you will not be writing the recipe for another month or so. The hijab lady and the temple people were here though. The lady made use of the large crowd to talk about the recent festival that they had. She said that they sacrifice animals and distribute the food to needy, family and friends. She wanted to give a long talk but there was a controversy as the vegetarian retiree got offended. The lady reminded them that you also write non vegetarian recipes however they said that it is different as you have a global readership and you don't preach a certain way of living. As it was getting too argumentative, many retirees started leaving

    thank you
    recent retiree

  8. Dear Author,

We read your blog at the Smile Garden today. The plan was to read the blog at the SRC however the Dean asked us to change the venue. Its a good thing that he did as the Smile Army was very emotional today. They were chanting slogans. Prof George was heard saying to the Dean that its a good think you anticipated that Smile Army will be a little loud today. He said that Smile is back and was writing on the day of her travel, so he did want the student to cut down on the celebratons. Prof George smiled. The Dean asked him jokingly that since there is no recipe, what will he have for dinner. Prof George looks forward to these recipes as much as the all of us do

    thank you
