    I have posted the blog in Smile Corner. This being Sunday, there are out of town visitors too. The entire town likes them and welcome them. The priest used the sermon today to apologize for his mistake and asked forgiveness from God. There was very low attendance for his sermon though, as even some of his immediately family didnt show up for the sermon.

    Dear Madam Smile, you so good. You write good to. I go job worker in 2 job. She say how you. I say I very happy because my Madam solve all problem. She say that good. I say my Madam very nice. She fix all problem herself but she still thank dear Retirees and dear Dean and Dear Students and Dear Cafe Manager and Dear Hannah and Dear Niklas.       Dear Madam Smile, you so good, you write good to. I so sorry. You write thank to me but I no able understand right away but when I read blog for 11th time, I see it. I go and show to job worker in 2nd job and say her that my Madam no treat me different than all other reader family because she say thank me to. She say yes but she only thank you and no dedicate blog. I say but she dedicate to all reader. She say but you read blog lot time and you no sleep and you prey. I say I no care.     Dear Advisor,

    The retirees went for our long walk today. Our walk was just under 10 mins, including short breaks. Our walk, though very long for us is nothing compared to the walk you take. After our walk, we had our lollipop at the cafe.

    The cafe manager participated in the reading of the blog. He had tears in his eyes as he was listening to your comments about him. He was very relieved that you forgave him and also very humbled that you actually thanked him. He again apologized to us and taking your lead, we passed a motion to forgive him and also to suspend the subcommittee to find a new location. There were discussions about disbanding it completely however we did not do that as you did not specifically instructed us to do that. The cafe manager gave us all a Smile Discount. We teased him about him asking us to pay its full price later on. All in all we had a good time. And you are right, our Smile is best.

    Dear Author,

    The students read your blog today at the SRC. We did not read the blog at the Smile Garden because we invited Smile Army to SRC today. All the students and the Smile Army are very embarrassed by our actions from the last week. After reading the blog we talked about what went wrong and we figured out that we misunderstood the message about financial independence that you wanted to share with us. We took it the wrong way. We are now proceeding as per your direction that Smile should be free. The Smile Army got a cake to celebrate the free Smile event. The Dean was here also and felt very humbled by you thanking him. He was feeling that he let you down by not acting fast enough but he asked us to communicate to you that he had to go out of town for an urgent personal business

    We invited the local school students but they just took the blog and went. Their principal was here and she didnt stop them too. The dean will talk to her and create a plan for them to participate in the reading.

    Father say you yell father lot today. Father say he yes mind. Father say you forget thank father but it ok. Father say you tell Kris (me) bad thing. Father say you need tell Kris to do same thing that you Kris do like take father see see and take father thiem park and take father game. Father say you need tel Niklas to do do same thing like you Niklas like take father cafe. Father say he no bother family but family bother him like Hannah no make lot food and Niklas no go cafe with father. Father say he spend time alone today and watch tele.     What is this! This is beyond weird. There is nothing, absolutely noting, that I can say or do to help these young kids. The sad thing is that they will be the future. We were teenagers too, and I thought a little crazy, but this is off the chart! I know, I know

  January 12th 2024 It is around mid of January. Time for us to, start getting snow storms. This will be off an on, for the next couple of weeks. It is 10.15, mixed sunny cloudy morning, windy too. Gusts are 38 to 48 km.  Friday used to be my work day, not today. Kids day camp is going on in the library, at my work place. I am off for the whole week. I have to find my own things to do, to get busy. From Monday, things will be back on track. I will be having my regular work hours. It is 11.45, I am getting ready to walk to Tim Hortons. I take it as my second home. I know that it is cold and windy. I am all set with gloves, stole and three layers underneath my winter coat. I will be fine. Whites Road and walkway is, all clear of snow. I see some white patches of snow, by the side of road, under trees and bushes. This is the beauty of Toronto, snow cleared right away.   July 7th 2023 It is hot sunny morning, 9.15 and already 24 C, feel like 26. I woke up early, done with my breakfast. Talked to one of my daughters, my middle one, called me from Grimsby.  She was going home, done with her work. It was a brief talk. She was busy, picking up her son, on the way from school. My other daughters are still at work. They will call me later on. We talk everyday, not much, just to connect.  I am busy with my computer. No message from my childhood friend. She never skips, must be busy. She was at her son's place in Sydney, was planning to go back to Perth, to be with her daughter. She must be stuck, other matters to be resolved. Anyway we have to find our own, "Things to do", to get busy, to make our day. Don't have to wait for people's calls and messages. I am busy playing Scrabble and Card games on my computer.   June 13th 2023 Beautiful morning. Great weather. It was raining all day, yesterday. Stopped at late night. I was working, Mondays are my work days. Have to go to play Darts. It starts at 9.30 in mornings. We were thirteen all together. Picked our numbers to make teams. Two boards with four teams. Three players in each. One team was odd, I mean with four. Anyway we enjoyed. Thirteen seniors on a rainy day, out to play, to enjoy time together. Amazing at that age. Gives inner peace. Boosts will power with affirmation that we still can do it. Rain or no rain, nothing can stop, to make our day. I think, will is everything behind your motto. When there is a will, there is always a way to go ahead, to move on, to do what you want. Today is Tuesday, weather is great 18 C, a bit on a cooler side. I am off, not working on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Last week I booked my flight to England. My daughters were pushing me for that.
