It is Saturday 19 Degrees I was at Frenchman's Bay
Location to see the Lake --- Water is Receding
Still Lot --- I always Stand at the Spot
at the end of very Small Bridge

Standing there I can see the Water is Divided
Into Two Portions -- The Smaller Part
Beside Me -- with Lotus All around
Water Here is Calm

 I saw only One Small Duckling Black in Color
One Fish Jumped and Disappeared Down in Water
All Birds and Ducks Gone I Think to South

 I also Haven't Noticed any Flower only Leaves
and Lotus Buds -- It is Such a Peaceful
Atmosphere --- You can Watch for Hours

 When I Turned around I Noticed the Big Portion
The Main Lake  with Black --- Deep Blue
Sea Green and Silver Layers of Water 

 Big Waves Roaring to Show Off Their Power
Competing with Each Other --- Giving a Thrill
I can easily Read the Whole Story of Our Life

All the Periods of Our Life were in Front of Me
Reminding Me of Our Childhood --- Youth
Full of Energy and Our Old Age  -- Calm and Quiet
No Thrill Just Routine

I Think These are Signals from God to Give 
Us Lessons -- Like Refresher Course
To Have a Clear View of Our Life

 I was Walking around the Lake Side -- Not Many People
There -- Some were Biking -- Some Walking with Dogs
Few Families For Picnic --

It was Cool Not Cold --I was wearing My Light
Blue Jacket I Got Years Back from Thrift Store
Near Library For Five Dollars -- It is My Favorite

I Think To Like Something Not Related to the Cost
Same with People -- Not Related to Their Age
Education or Post -- It should Click Your Mind
More Than Enough to Like

After a While My Son was Going Home
I asked Him to Drop Me at Tim Horton

I am Sitting at Coffee House with My Small Coffee and
Old Fashioned Plain Doughnut as Raisin Tea Biscuit 
was Not available

I am Writing My Blog Go to Flower Shop  after
Which is Nearly Done -- Not Many Baskets
And Flowers Left

 It is September Temperature is Dropping
Every Day -- People are Done with Gardening
Not Sitting in Their Backyards anymore

I will Walk Home after Enjoy My Nature Walk
My Son and My Youngest Grandson must be
Waiting for Their Lunch

I Feel Lucky as Someone Waiting for Me

I say my Madam no think, it click like if she like something then she buy even if price low or if she like someone she no care post, age, education, you do same with food? She say what you mean.     Dear Advisor,

    The retirees went for our long walk today. As usual, it was a long walk just under 10 mins with a few breaks in between. Our walk, though very long for us is nothing compared to the ones that you take. After that we had our lollipop

    The retirees were a little surprised to read your blog. It is surprising because you are going to the lake in September morning. The retired travel agent pointed out to us that it is cold in Canada. However as we read your blog again, we realized that it is your son who took you there. We were not surprised after that as he tends to be a little bit careless when it comes to your health and safety. We passed a resolution requesting that he be more thoughtful towards your needs. We are much younger than you as we have recently retired, however we only go to these places during afternoon and also after being well bundled up

    The pilot project in the hospital is indicating promising results. This is the pilot where we are serving your recipes for physical nourishment of the patients residing in hospital and your blog to nourish their mental strength and well being.

    The Smile with Smile program had their final preparation yesterday. They have updated the material based on the advice that you shared about teens. They plan to start the presentations starting in September

    Dear Author,

    The students and the professors read your blog at the SRC today as it was raining. Despite the pouring rain, the Smile Army worked in the Smile Garden and replenished the bird feeders too. We delayed the reading so they can join, they appreciated our gesture and brought in a cake to make the occasion better. The Dean was here too. The literature professor pointed out a no. of your techniques that you used in today's blog eg how you described the lake, the temperature, the environment etc. It basically made us realize how difficult it is to be an author. You must have gone through a lot of training and practice to be such an accomplished author. I dont think we will ever be even close to becoming authors but will be happy to be writers (if we can)

    It is nice that you informed your son about our comments regarding the transition to university life. Sometimes parents dont realize that there is a lot going on with students because we dont express it. For example, they dont realize that we are in a new environment, with new people, often times with very limited money, no video games, no transportation etc. We also have to study complex courses. As we were reading your blog, there were a few students who said that their parents sent them with not even enough money that we can buy a bus ticket home. There were others who said that the parents expected that we will call every day, including the day they dropped us off to the new university. They were upset when we didnt call but didnt realize that we cant as we were busy. Some students were seen wiping tears as it is a very stressful time for us. We all thought that it is very helpful for your grandson that you are there for him

    Father say you call father lie today. Father YES mind. Father say he yell Kris (me) lot because Kris no rite comment rite. Father say he want repeat so you know that father no lie. Father make wash machine go by press wash button. Father no able cary cloth because father old so father tell Niklas kary cloth. Father then tel Niklas put wash powder because father no like. Father then press buton. If buton no press then machine no work. Father say he also give money to Niklas today also. Father say he yell Hannah lot today because she no give good food so no rabit and very litle bird. Father say he yell Kris because he no take father see see and watch fish jump see like you Kris. Father say he say he old almost 67

    (Hannah say father little upset because he think that Hannah no give food rabit and bird but she do. She tell father that there no rabit so that why it no eat. Father no believe and say where rabit when Niklas release but that rabit go far and lost. Niklas say grandpapa ask Niklas get cake for grandpapa but Niklas no enough money so grandpapa gave 1 DM. Cake expense but grandpapa tell Niklas that you pay you pocket because this you training to become big. Father yell me that me no take father see see like you Kris and no take you watch big fish jump and no take father see duck. Me plan take father to animal park because they have dolfin there which jump and do show but it very expense. Me no no how you Kris do all. Me confuse. Me no no what do)

  January 12th 2024 It is around mid of January. Time for us to, start getting snow storms. This will be off an on, for the next couple of weeks. It is 10.15, mixed sunny cloudy morning, windy too. Gusts are 38 to 48 km.  Friday used to be my work day, not today. Kids day camp is going on in the library, at my work place. I am off for the whole week. I have to find my own things to do, to get busy. From Monday, things will be back on track. I will be having my regular work hours. It is 11.45, I am getting ready to walk to Tim Hortons. I take it as my second home. I know that it is cold and windy. I am all set with gloves, stole and three layers underneath my winter coat. I will be fine. Whites Road and walkway is, all clear of snow. I see some white patches of snow, by the side of road, under trees and bushes. This is the beauty of Toronto, snow cleared right away.   July 7th 2023 It is hot sunny morning, 9.15 and already 24 C, feel like 26. I woke up early, done with my breakfast. Talked to one of my daughters, my middle one, called me from Grimsby.  She was going home, done with her work. It was a brief talk. She was busy, picking up her son, on the way from school. My other daughters are still at work. They will call me later on. We talk everyday, not much, just to connect.  I am busy with my computer. No message from my childhood friend. She never skips, must be busy. She was at her son's place in Sydney, was planning to go back to Perth, to be with her daughter. She must be stuck, other matters to be resolved. Anyway we have to find our own, "Things to do", to get busy, to make our day. Don't have to wait for people's calls and messages. I am busy playing Scrabble and Card games on my computer.   June 13th 2023 Beautiful morning. Great weather. It was raining all day, yesterday. Stopped at late night. I was working, Mondays are my work days. Have to go to play Darts. It starts at 9.30 in mornings. We were thirteen all together. Picked our numbers to make teams. Two boards with four teams. Three players in each. One team was odd, I mean with four. Anyway we enjoyed. Thirteen seniors on a rainy day, out to play, to enjoy time together. Amazing at that age. Gives inner peace. Boosts will power with affirmation that we still can do it. Rain or no rain, nothing can stop, to make our day. I think, will is everything behind your motto. When there is a will, there is always a way to go ahead, to move on, to do what you want. Today is Tuesday, weather is great 18 C, a bit on a cooler side. I am off, not working on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Last week I booked my flight to England. My daughters were pushing me for that.
