My dear Retiree Friends asking
some Tips for their Mental Health
and Nutrition Subcommittee

I think our Body can not be
disconnected from our Mind
there is very strong Bond 
between our Mind and our Body

When we see our friend we give a Smile
this action shifts our whole Body
from  --ve  to +ve our attitude our
behavior all changes towards positive

Mental Health is related to Healthy Living
which is simply looking at your Life
from a positive perspective

Our shift from negative to positive
is Healthy Living and enhances
our Mental Health

Our Nutrition is related to our
Mental Health and in turn to
our Healthy Living

If we are sitting lonely and getting
bored our food our diet will differently
act on our Body

While the same food and same Diet
will have a different effect on our Body

When we are depressed or feeling low
we have a strong craving for certain
type of food 

We don't care about number of calories
and the sugar level on the other hand
when we are happy and leading a good Life

We start caring about all the minute
details for our diet and go for a
healthy food our nutrition and
other such things

Happiness is the key to Healthy Living
and results in taking Healthy Food

What goes around comes around
so amount of Happiness we receive
is related to the amount of Happiness
we give to others

We can not get Happiness unless we pass
this to others so please try to make
others Happy to get all the Happiness
in your Life

  1. I have posted the blog in Smile Corner. This being Sunday, their lots of out of town customers too. They first went to the church where priest gave a good sermon. Customers noticed that he used a lot of words from Smile's blogs. All people then come to my shop and read the blog from today as well as the rest of the week. It appears to me that the customers are getting more and more every week as I run out of biscuits and tea quickly now.

  4. Dear Madam Smile, You write so good. This very complicate blog. I no understand right away but I read again and again. I now understand that if I see friend then we happy and then good for food. I go 1 job worker because she want lose weight. I say her if you smile and happy then you no need eat less. She say she no understand. I say because you ask question my Madam tell me that I can tell. She say she need go because she forgot do something for Mr. Supervisor. I do 2 proud job and always read blog

  5. Dear Advisor,

    The retirees did not go for a walk today as we were still cramping from our walk yesterday. Our walk was 10 mins which is too long for us but is of course well short of the walks the you take. We did however had our lollipop

    The connection you created between mental health, nutrition and healthy living is unique. The retired nutritionist, the retired behaviour scientist and the retired psychologist pointed out that this is the first time that they are seeing a linkage between these 3 areas. To provide some perspective, all these 3 individuals are seasoned professionals and have been thesis advisors to a no. of post-graduate students. They also have a no. of publications to their name. We will be investigating these further as part of a subcommittee

    The subcommittees on joint family living and the one on physical health have asked me to request you to provide additional advice

  6. Father say you no need salute father but father should salute you. Father say he no eat oatmeal as Hannah need get up early. Father say he no go walk as Kris need day off. Father say he go nabor house and watch tele. Father say he no tell Niklas what do, Father say he no write that he old almost 67

    (Father feel low. He say he no want talk. He say he want go mall but no want go because me need take day out. Niklas start get bad. He no do thing. Only sit sofa and play competer and watch tele. Me yell him. Hannah say it ok because he no go friend and good mark to. Me no no what do)
