    Dear Advisor,

    The retirees did not go for our long walk today. We are still very tired from the walk yesterday. Some of the retirees are still suffering from cramps also. This walk, though very long for us, is nothing compared to the walks that you have. The retirees instead went straight to the reading of your blog.

    Today's blog provided a good perspective to us about the importance of positivity. Today's blog was read by the retired counsellor who also used to be a consultant on social issues and was one of the main contributors to the famed happy indexing project. He has a loud voice and that indavertently caused everyone in the cafe to focus on the blog. As it turned out, the cafe was crowded and almost everyone ended up listening to the blog. At their request, we were asked to also read the previous blogs. We chose to read the blog from Monday. This caused the entire cafe to transform into a reading of your blog. The cafe manager gave us a big discount, as he confided in us that a no. of people are coming there to listen to your blog only

    Also a friendly remainder that the sub committee on joint family living and the subcommittee on nutrition have requested me to trouble you for additional material for them

    Father say father help Niklas lot today. Father say he allow Niklas watch Agatha Christie and Columbo and Murder She Wrote and all National Geographic show with grandpapa on tele. Father say he need yell Niklas because he lazy and bad friend. Father say his friend Niklas get good mark and talk his grandpapa and also go play out and drive car. Father say he want Niklas to best that why he yell him. Father say you Niklases good like drive and play hockey and play basketball. Father say he no say that he old almost 67

    Dear Author,

    We read your blog at the SRC today. I am so embarrassed that I did not write my comment but it was due to the issue with my exam and my friend's phone being taken away. We are very stressed these days due to our exams and our parents expect that we will remain in touch. They treat us like we were in elementary school. We need to focus on our studies but they want us to call them, sometimes as much as once a week. The issue is not calling them but trying to fit it in our schedule. It is not easy to be watched so minutely.

  January 12th 2024 It is around mid of January. Time for us to, start getting snow storms. This will be off an on, for the next couple of weeks. It is 10.15, mixed sunny cloudy morning, windy too. Gusts are 38 to 48 km.  Friday used to be my work day, not today. Kids day camp is going on in the library, at my work place. I am off for the whole week. I have to find my own things to do, to get busy. From Monday, things will be back on track. I will be having my regular work hours. It is 11.45, I am getting ready to walk to Tim Hortons. I take it as my second home. I know that it is cold and windy. I am all set with gloves, stole and three layers underneath my winter coat. I will be fine. Whites Road and walkway is, all clear of snow. I see some white patches of snow, by the side of road, under trees and bushes. This is the beauty of Toronto, snow cleared right away.   July 7th 2023 It is hot sunny morning, 9.15 and already 24 C, feel like 26. I woke up early, done with my breakfast. Talked to one of my daughters, my middle one, called me from Grimsby.  She was going home, done with her work. It was a brief talk. She was busy, picking up her son, on the way from school. My other daughters are still at work. They will call me later on. We talk everyday, not much, just to connect.  I am busy with my computer. No message from my childhood friend. She never skips, must be busy. She was at her son's place in Sydney, was planning to go back to Perth, to be with her daughter. She must be stuck, other matters to be resolved. Anyway we have to find our own, "Things to do", to get busy, to make our day. Don't have to wait for people's calls and messages. I am busy playing Scrabble and Card games on my computer.   June 13th 2023 Beautiful morning. Great weather. It was raining all day, yesterday. Stopped at late night. I was working, Mondays are my work days. Have to go to play Darts. It starts at 9.30 in mornings. We were thirteen all together. Picked our numbers to make teams. Two boards with four teams. Three players in each. One team was odd, I mean with four. Anyway we enjoyed. Thirteen seniors on a rainy day, out to play, to enjoy time together. Amazing at that age. Gives inner peace. Boosts will power with affirmation that we still can do it. Rain or no rain, nothing can stop, to make our day. I think, will is everything behind your motto. When there is a will, there is always a way to go ahead, to move on, to do what you want.
