Take Beef Pieces about One Pound
To Make Curry
I Never Weigh or Measure Anything
Just Use Your Estimate

Take a Pot Put some Oil Now 
Put It On Stove with High Flame 
To Heat The Pot

Now Slow The Flame To Medium
Put One Sliced Onion 
If Small Onion You Can Use Two

Sliced Fresh Ginger 
Sliced Fresh Garlic
Cumin Seeds

Black Pepper whole 5 -- 6
Sliced Tomato 3 - 4
Salt To Taste
Red Chili Powder

Turmeric Powder If You Want To Give Color
Yogurt Just Two TBS 
Tomato Paste Two Tea Spoon If Available
To Give Color

What You Don't Have Don't Worry about That

Add No Water 

Cover The Pot and Slow The Flame 
One Digit Lower Than Medium
Leave For 10 Minutes 

After That
Stir with Spoon
Now Put The Beef Pieces in The Pot
Stir with Spoon 

Add No Water

Cover The Pot and Leave On The Stove 
Flame One Digit Lower Than Medium

Leave For 30 Minutes
After That Stir The Pot with Spoon

Add No Water

Leave Further 30 Minutes
On The Stove at same Temperature

Cut Potato Into 4 Pieces
If Small Cut into 2 

Now Put The Cut Potatoes
Into The Pot Stir The Pot with Spoon

Put Green Chili Whole One Or Two

Add Some water 

To Make Gravy
Leave For 10 Minutes
It is Done Now

Ready To Eat with Bread 
Or Rice Of Your Choice
