My Days Of walking are Done Now

Still I Find My Ways To Get Out Whenever

It is 3 pm My Son Has To Go To Costco To Get Some Stuff
It Was Perfect For Me To Get Out -- After Helping
Him With Getting Groceries I am Walking Around

Now Sitting in The Food Court Area It Looks Colorful
With Red Benches and White Tables While Waiting For Him
Started Writing My Blog

My Childhood Friend Who Lives in Sydney
Visiting Her Brother Back Home He will Be
Staying There For Couple Of Months

I Started Thinking about One Of Our Get Together Party
It was 30 Years Back -- I was Visiting My Mom From
Ottawa and My Childhood Friend was There From Dubai

 Our Other Friends Get Excited To Arrange Reunion Party
They Had Unique Idea To Call Our Entire College Group
From 1960 -- They were Thinking It will Be Great 
To Connect with Our Past

With Most Of Them We Had No Contact Haven't Seen
Them For About Quarter a Century -- It Looked Like an
Experience Of It's Kind

But When We Entered The Room It Looked That
We are Among Bunch Of Strangers Except 
Just Couple Of Them

 We Had Nothing Common -- Nothing To Talk About
Even Their Looks were Totally Changed  -- We were
in The Same Class -- Same Batch When We were
In Our Teens -- But at That Time Everyone was
In Her Late Fifty Or Early Sixty 

 When Our Friends Started To Organize It Looked
Great Idea But No One Enjoyed -- Most Of Them
Living with Their Family So Had To Co-ordinate
Timings -- Most Of Them Not Driving
So Had To Arrange Pick and Drop 

 Happiness is Unique For Everyone But It is Not
Complicated at All -- We Don't Have To Make Efforts
Don't Have To Force Ourselves To Arrange
Parties It is Very Simple Recipe

To Get Happiness Go For What You Want
What You Enjoy -- Take It Easy - No Pressure
Just Relax That is Happiness

    I have posted the blog in Smile Corner. There are lots of customers coming even on Monday. The entire town seems to be going gaga over Smile's recipe for beef gravy with potato. Priest is here and giving veggie omelette to anyone who says Morning Smile

    Dear Advisor,

    The retirees went for our long walk today. After that we had our lollipop. This walk, though very long for us, is nothing compared to the walks that you have. The retirees instead went straight to the reading of your blog.

    The retirees were appreciative of your blog. The retirees were specially pleased to see the unique formula of happiness that you shared in your blog. The retired psychologist who led the reading of the blog is a specialist in his field and he mentioned that this is so unique that he never came across this in his 4 decades worth of studies . He requested that if you can write more about this as it will help other mental health patients. We reminded him that you are super busy and have many problems to solve however he said that if you can find time, it will help a lot of people

    Dear Author,

    We read your blog at the SRC. Based on your blog we allowed the Smile Army to come and listen to the blog. They however chose to sit in the back. They said that they are sorry to have caused you so much pain and heartache. The Dean told them that Smile has forgiven you but they said that they must pay for their mistakes. The students have just finished our exams but now we are worried about our next exams which are due in a few weeks. We hope our parents can understand that we are busy and not demand us to keep stay in touch all the time. Calling or writing every week for no purpose and nothing to talk about is too difficult for us

    Father say you yell father lot today. Father say he yes mind. Father say Kris no let father give fruit to rabit and say it rubish and rat come and nabor will complain. But father trik Kris (me) and say Kris that father need eat more and then go back garden and give food to rabit. Father say more rabit come today. Father say rabit like beef gravy with potato . Father will give more. Father say Hannah give food back of back garden and in one place only but father idea is that he will put food in lot place in back garden so it easy for rabit. Father say father say he old almost 67

    (Hannah say that she fear to go back garden because she fear rat and their lot rat now.Hannah say father want her give food in lot place but she no want rat all in back garden so that why she only put fruit in one place.   January 12th 2024 It is around mid of January. Time for us to, start getting snow storms. This will be off an on, for the next couple of weeks. It is 10.15, mixed sunny cloudy morning, windy too. Gusts are 38 to 48 km.  Friday used to be my work day, not today. Kids day camp is going on in the library, at my work place. I am off for the whole week. I have to find my own things to do, to get busy. From Monday, things will be back on track. I will be having my regular work hours. It is 11.45, I am getting ready to walk to Tim Hortons. I take it as my second home. I know that it is cold and windy. I am all set with gloves, stole and three layers underneath my winter coat. I will be fine. Whites Road and walkway is, all clear of snow. I see some white patches of snow, by the side of road, under trees and bushes. This is the beauty of Toronto, snow cleared right away.   July 7th 2023 It is hot sunny morning, 9.15 and already 24 C, feel like 26. I woke up early, done with my breakfast. Talked to one of my daughters, my middle one, called me from Grimsby.  She was going home, done with her work. It was a brief talk. She was busy, picking up her son, on the way from school. My other daughters are still at work. They will call me later on. We talk everyday, not much, just to connect.  I am busy with my computer. No message from my childhood friend. She never skips, must be busy. She was at her son's place in Sydney, was planning to go back to Perth, to be with her daughter. She must be stuck, other matters to be resolved. Anyway we have to find our own, "Things to do", to get busy, to make our day. Don't have to wait for people's calls and messages. I am busy playing Scrabble and Card games on my computer.   June 13th 2023 Beautiful morning. Great weather. It was raining all day, yesterday. Stopped at late night. I was working, Mondays are my work days. Have to go to play Darts. It starts at 9.30 in mornings. We were thirteen all together. Picked our numbers to make teams. Two boards with four teams. Three players in each. One team was odd, I mean with four. Anyway we enjoyed. Thirteen seniors on a rainy day, out to play, to enjoy time together. Amazing at that age. Gives inner peace. Boosts will power with affirmation that we still can do it. Rain or no rain, nothing can stop, to make our day. I think, will is everything behind your motto. When there is a will, there is always a way to go ahead, to move on, to do what you want. Today is Tuesday, weather is great 18 C, a bit on a cooler side. I am off, not working on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Last week I booked my flight to England. My daughters were pushing me for that.
