 Dear Retiree Friends -- and
All My Reader Friends Please Don't You Worry about
I was Handling Their Things while My Son and Kids
Enjoying Water Park Rides -- Or
Me Taking Two Buses to Library

I Feel Great Doing Such Things -- It Gives Me a
Feel of Accomplishment -- That I can Manage
I can still Handle -- I am Not Old

I Don't Know Why We Worry so much about
Respect To Be Paid at any Cost and
Care Has to Be taken 

Why These Things Matter So Much to Us
If We Strongly Believe in Ourselves

    I have posted the blog in Smile Corner. Most customers did not go for the Sunday services at the church. The priest is not very pleased at the attendance since there are people visiting us from outside our small town but they only come to Smile Corner. One out of town customer was saying to the local customer that you are lucky that you get to read these blogs right away whereas we have to wait for a week. The local customers offered them Morning Smile and I served them Yogurt Smoothie.

    Dear Madam Smile, you so good. You write good to. Mr Supervisor and say it good you take vacation but you never take time out. I say yes but I need take 1 week time out because my Madam take time out. He say yes I know but what you do? I say I will read all Madam blog.     Dear Advisor,

    The retirees did not go for our long walk today. We are still very tired. Some of the retirees are still suffering from cramps also. This walk, though very long for us, is nothing compared to the walks that you have. The retirees instead went straight to the reading of your blog.

    The retirees read your blog with mixed emotions. We first were a little down that you are going away so we will not be able to read blogs and get advice from you. However, when we discussed it further as part of an emergency meeting, we realized that we are being very selfish and you do need to take time off. The retired social scientist also pointed out that this may be a good thing because it may give your son an opportunity to realize his follies and start being a little more careful. There were others though who felt that this is a dangerous situation for you as your son has at times shown a complete disregard to your health and physical needs. In the end we passed a motion to wish you the best holidays

    Dear Author,

    The students read your blog today at the Smile Garden. To be honest we were very demoralized at first that we wont be able to stay in touch with you for several days. The Smile Army volunteers were also very depressed and were feeling very low. But one of the senior professor who was here most of the time for the reading, told us that we can actually use the time to brush on the old blogs that we have not read. So we have decided to continue with our daily routine. Some of the comment writers, including me, will head home for a few days so we can be there with our biological families as we have not gone home for a very long time. So all in all, it will be a good thing all around.

    The Smile Army and all of us here wants to wish you happy holidays and safe travels. We are a little nervous about your son and hope he treats you well

    You have been schooling us, your readers, in living a good life. Over the course of the last few months you have transformed us in so many wonderful ways. We used to be called couch potatoes, sloths, workaholics, inept culinarians and so much more. Yet now we are often found enjoying outdoors, we regale our friends and have been able to find work life balance. All this is courtesy your inspiring writing.

    As you go on your well deserved vacation, we thought it will be worth letting you know how much influence you have had on us, and how radically you have transformed us.

    As some of your other readers have expressed, we share some of that concern as well. We also hope that your scion and progeniture will be kind to you. We hope you dont take offense.

    Dear Author,

    The students and the professors read your blog today at the Smile Garden. The Smile Army volunteers also attended. The Principal of the local school was invited but she declined. The Dean looked worried but we dont know what and why. We tried to talk to him but he did not answer our questions directly. He simply instructed us to focus on our studies. We know he is worried because not once did he mention his pet project,the Smile Encyclopedia. To help with understanding the situation, we are thinking of asking Smile Army volunteers to play the role of private detectives and infiltrate the ranks of the local school. We dont know how they will do it but we thought we will get permission first. We asked the Dean but he suggested that we get your guidance as you are more of an expert when it comes to teenager issues

     October 29th 2024 It's a different scenario today. Cloudy morning hazy sky. Sun is hiding under his gray blanket. It is Tuesday so I don't have to go to work. No Darts today at the library. It is a day off for me. I have to make other plans to make my day. Day offs are like clean slates. We have to write our schedule to fill out the columns of the day. When we have to go to work or school, our timings are all set.  We don't have to worry about how to pass our time. We have just a couple of hours left to sort out after coming back from our workplace or school. Weekends and day offs are tricky. We need some homework to fill out our day slots. Try to make it like a combo, a mixed plate to have a taste of everything. Day offs are like blank sheets. We can write, paint, whatever we want to do, to fill out.       October 22nd 2024 Great morning 18C. It is like summer for Canadians. Couple of more days to enjoy the outdoors.  Beautiful leaves of all colors are everywhere giving a scenic look to the atmosphere to behold and to cherish these moments. Nature is amazing. There is always something for we Humans to make our day. Take some time off from your day today to look around. You will find beauty everywhere. It doesn't matter in which part of the world you live. Don't have to plan for long trips. It is all at your doorsteps. Keep your eyes open and take a break to smell the nature around. You will get the flavor and also inner peace deep down. It will be a rare happiness all on its own. You don't have to make any payments, any investments for that. Just a time alone slot and all the transactions will be done. It works like meditation.
