They Don't Like To Open Up -- They Live in Their

The World
It is Very Delicate Stage of Their Life
They are Passing Through
We Have to Handle Them with Care
We Have To Make Sure We are Not Breaking
Their Ego -- Their Confidence
Which are Building Blocks in Making
Their Personalities
The Younger They are The More Fragile
They will Be --- Patience and Love are
Main Tools To Handle Their Lives
Kindergarten is Like Plants Nursery
The Green House -- These two and a Half
Year Kids are Like Seeds
They Have to Be Flourished into Trees
With Full Blossom -- After That in Schools
They are Like Saplings -- Which are to Be
Grafted Carefully in High Schools
High Schools are Like Gardens -- Still Need
To Be Watered with Love and Need Care
In University They are Getting Ready
To Face The World still Need Our Moral Support
Our Love and Our Patience To Listen to Them
Please Let Them Talk -- Let Them Open Up
Sit Back and Just Listen To Them
Don't Try to Intimidate Them with
Your Knowledge -- Your Personality
Your Experience and Your Position
Just Be with Them Like One of Them

I still Admire Dean and Chancellor the Way
They Handled Drug Situation in " Smile Garden "
They Had Power to Show off
I Admire Personnel from Police Department
Who Didn't come in Uniform
Believe Me This All Matters a Lot in Building
Personalities of Students
Grades are Very Important but Not at the Cost of
Their Personality which always comes First
Every Kid is Responsible to Make Difference in

He like seed and that why you need listen him. She say you ok. I say it complicate and I need tell you all blog but she say that she need go to make urgent phone. I do 2 proud job and always read blog

During the lunch break participants listened to the blog and they all were amazed at how aptly Smile has described the details about raising kids. The meeting was for a new business initiative that we are launching so we used the same idea that Smile had about kids, to talk about the business venture as well since it is the same concept

ReplyDeleteThe retirees did not go for our long walk today. We are still very tired from the walk from yesterday. Some of the retirees are still suffering from cramps also. This walk, though very long for us, is nothing compared to the walks that you have. The retirees instead went straight to the reading of your blog.
The retired child psychologist and the retired school principal read the blog. We also invited a practicing Principal from a local school as well as 2 board members. They all were surprised as to how nicely you laid out the examples and how you used basic plant evolution and growth examples to talk about the parenting aspects. The Smile with Smile program coordinator specifically submitted a request to pass a motion to thank you for your blog. The motion was passed unanimously. The program brochure and the program contents will be updated based on your advice and your guidelines.
The retirees appreciate your blog, some of the retired members are still feeling very low and we are all looking forward to your blog. Unfortunately, today there were some other members who were not feeling that well. These are the ones who live in joint family situations and some of them have had problems at their homes. They are wondering if you can write something for them too.

ReplyDeleteThe students read your blog at the Smile Garden today. We also allowed the Smile Army volunteers to join in and listen to the reading. The Dean thanked us for that but one commentator told him that the only reason why we are even sitting with the Smile Army people are because they are dedicated to you, otherwise they are a bunch of losers. The Smile Army also served us left over cake. We only accepted it fro them because you suggested it. We are willing to let go of the past but they are too dim witted to know what it is. They are full of muscles but no brains, Some of them made fun of us and called us geeks. I am sorry to report all this but this altercation is getting bigger
