Beautiful day, a bit cold and windy. Mixed sunny and cloudy morning. No rain, no snow, enough to get out, to make your day. We have to use, whatever is available. Don't have to wait. 

We never know, what will be the next. Days are passing, moments go on slipping. Same are days of our life and our age. Our health may not be the same. Enjoy with what you have. 

It is 11.30, I am getting ready for my walk. Today, planning to go to Metro, to get some bakery stuff for my grand kids. They like Pizza buns and Croissant from there. Metro bakery is good. 

I will go to Dollarama store too, to get some chocolates for them. I keep it in my room. They come to grab what they like. I get mix brands, of their choice. KitKat, Smarties, Aero and some other types, like black and white chocolates.

I am at Metro, got bakery things, getting some strawberries too. It looks fresh. I will make shake for kids. It is good to put smile on the faces around.

I am done with my shopping, walking back home. Trees are showering Gold leaves, couple of these are stuck in my hair. I feel great. I am rich. Lucky me. It is windy, gusts around 50 Km. I am holding two bags of groceries. It will help to keep my balance. I am all set. No worries.

Weather is great. I am enjoying my walk. Life is all good. I will be home in about 15 minutes. Kids must be sleeping. It is weekend. They enjoy their time, awake till late night. It is 1.15, I am home. 

My son and my daughter in law are not home. My grand kids are sleeping. I will make banana strawberry shake for myself, will enjoy my time alone slot. Life is good. Thank You God for watching over me, keeping me mobile, to do things on my own. Thank You.

  January 12th 2024 It is around mid of January. Time for us to, start getting snow storms. This will be off an on, for the next couple of weeks. It is 10.15, mixed sunny cloudy morning, windy too. Gusts are 38 to 48 km.  Friday used to be my work day, not today. Kids day camp is going on in the library, at my work place. I am off for the whole week. I have to find my own things to do, to get busy. From Monday, things will be back on track. I will be having my regular work hours. It is 11.45, I am getting ready to walk to Tim Hortons. I take it as my second home. I know that it is cold and windy. I am all set with gloves, stole and three layers underneath my winter coat. I will be fine. Whites Road and walkway is, all clear of snow. I see some white patches of snow, by the side of road, under trees and bushes. This is the beauty of Toronto, snow cleared right away.   July 7th 2023 It is hot sunny morning, 9.15 and already 24 C, feel like 26. I woke up early, done with my breakfast. Talked to one of my daughters, my middle one, called me from Grimsby.  She was going home, done with her work. It was a brief talk. She was busy, picking up her son, on the way from school. My other daughters are still at work. They will call me later on. We talk everyday, not much, just to connect.  I am busy with my computer. No message from my childhood friend. She never skips, must be busy. She was at her son's place in Sydney, was planning to go back to Perth, to be with her daughter. She must be stuck, other matters to be resolved. Anyway we have to find our own, "Things to do", to get busy, to make our day. Don't have to wait for people's calls and messages. I am busy playing Scrabble and Card games on my computer.   June 13th 2023 Beautiful morning. Great weather. It was raining all day, yesterday. Stopped at late night. I was working, Mondays are my work days. Have to go to play Darts. It starts at 9.30 in mornings. We were thirteen all together. Picked our numbers to make teams. Two boards with four teams. Three players in each. One team was odd, I mean with four. Anyway we enjoyed. Thirteen seniors on a rainy day, out to play, to enjoy time together. Amazing at that age. Gives inner peace. Boosts will power with affirmation that we still can do it. Rain or no rain, nothing can stop, to make our day. I think, will is everything behind your motto. When there is a will, there is always a way to go ahead, to move on, to do what you want. Today is Tuesday, weather is great 18 C, a bit on a cooler side. I am off, not working on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Last week I booked my flight to England. My daughters were pushing me for that.
