Get out and enjoy

Cold morning, a bit cloudy. Winter is just around the corner, will be here anytime soon. It is 11 C, feels like 8 C. Weather Channel in Canada, displays two figures. One the current temperature, the other one, what it feels like. 

It is 10.45, I am getting ready to get out, for a walk. It is not, what we like. We have to push ourselves, specially when, we have no company. Have to walk alone. It needs lots of efforts, to get going, to count your steps. 

We have to keep in mind, doing nothing is no option. We start getting lethargic. Negative thoughts start polluting our mind. We start feeling bitter. Taking things into negative. 

Our life starts getting affected. Mind and body are related, like two in one. One is off, the other one gets impacted. We start feeling low, energy and will power, all going to dip down. It might lead, to deteriorate our physical health. Mental condition too, will not be in good shape. 

Try to get busy, change your scenery. Pitch in, contribute things in the house you live in. Find hobbies, things you like to do, to enjoy. It boosts our will power, controls our mood swing. Try to enjoy, whatever is there, taking health and safety into account. Life will be all good.
