Don't Bin Your Moments

Sunday -- Cold cloudy morning of October with 6 C. It is 9.45, I am at lake. I am all dressed up in layers with my gloves on, to handle all this. Water on my right is with high tides while the other side on the left is calm and quiet. I think this  is like portraying various stages of cycle of our our life.

One is youth with full of emotions, passion, with full of energy, full of life. The other side is like the later days of our life, where, after travelling through all that long journey, we learned, try to be more realistic. We become more patient, more accommodative with whatever is there, with the people and the things around.

Walking through the unpaved path of our life, we learn to handle things. We don't get flared up easily as we used to be in the early days of our life. Experience of tackling ups and downs throughout our journey, is enough to cool us down, to compel us to relax and to focus on the moment in hand.

It is beautiful view here at lake. I can see a sailboat in front, smoothly floating on the surface of blue water. Couple of ducks are also enjoying their travel by the side of the boat. Such a peaceful atmosphere to behold. Moments of meditation for soul, enough to provide inner peace and tranquility.

Life is good, no complaints. We just have to look around to find the moments, to relax. Moments of peace to enjoy, to spread happiness and to put smile on the faces around. Take an exit from your thoughts of negativity. Try to do something, anything you like to do, to get busy. This will take you to the path of right track, path of inner peace, path of tranquility.

Life is short, don't waste it. Do something. Don't let your moments go to bin. These moments go on slipping from our hands. Value your life. This is great gift from God to His Creatures. We have to make good use of our life, to make Him happy.
