Today I Called My Friend She is Planning To Leave on
Sunday To See Her Family Back Home - She will
Stay There For Couple Of Months - 

I will Miss Her - We Rarely Meet Each Other as She is
Not in Good Shape - Still We Keep Connected - I Call
Her Every Day - She is Not Good in Making Calls
But Doesn't Matter

 I also Called My Younger Brother He is Living with
His Daughter in Markham - also My Sister in Law
She Lives in Aurora 

 When We are Old - I Mean Retired - To Keep Connections alive is
Very Important - We Don't Feel Lonely - It also Gives Happiness
We Look Forward To Get Busy

I am Thinking about You My Friend " N " - I am Sitting alone
Since 9 am as All Gone To School and Work - It Depends
On us How We Take It

Thinking Plays Very Important Role in Our Life
It Can Turn Our Mood From Positive To Negative
We Start Feeling Low 

Problem Lies within You and Solution always Lies within You
So My Dear Start Thinking Positive - When We are Alone
It Matters Lot What We Think - If We Start Thinking We are Lonely
We Start Feeling Lonely But If We Think We are Alone

It will Change The Whole Scenario - We Try To Find Our
Activities To Get Busy To use Our Time Positively

 I am Done with My Calls and My Laundry - Now On My Computer
Enjoying Watching My Favorite Show - Reading Messages and
Going Through The Comments On My Blog From My Readers Family

 How Lucky am I  - I am Alone But Not Lonely 
Thank You God For Making My Days Brighter -

    Dear Advisor,

    The retirees appreciate your blog today. We started the meeting with the reading of your blog . The social committee retired chairperson was asked to lead the reading of your blog. She was very impressed and said that it is next to impossible to be so much social and have a punishing routine like yours. She has asked for some guidance so we can also include some of your ideas for us. She pointed out that we dont keep in touch with anyone though in some cases, some retirees talk to their siblings during the Christmas season.

    Also, we have suspended the memberships of the snickering retirees as you did not ask us to cancel that decision. They asked us to not cancel the membership but we told them it is too late. They are now banned from all the meetings

    Dear Author,

    We had our reading of the blog at the Smile Research Center. The reading of the blog was attended by the faculty of medicine. The senior professors of the faculty were amazed at the quality of the blog. The Dean was however looking a little distracted. We tried to ask him what the issue is but he was not willing to talk. Prof George was also looking a little concerned. We know something is wrong but we dont know what it is and how to solve it

  January 12th 2024 It is around mid of January. Time for us to, start getting snow storms. This will be off an on, for the next couple of weeks. It is 10.15, mixed sunny cloudy morning, windy too. Gusts are 38 to 48 km.  Friday used to be my work day, not today. Kids day camp is going on in the library, at my work place. I am off for the whole week. I have to find my own things to do, to get busy. From Monday, things will be back on track. I will be having my regular work hours. It is 11.45, I am getting ready to walk to Tim Hortons. I take it as my second home. I know that it is cold and windy. I am all set with gloves, stole and three layers underneath my winter coat. I will be fine. Whites Road and walkway is, all clear of snow. I see some white patches of snow, by the side of road, under trees and bushes. This is the beauty of Toronto, snow cleared right away.   July 7th 2023 It is hot sunny morning, 9.15 and already 24 C, feel like 26. I woke up early, done with my breakfast. Talked to one of my daughters, my middle one, called me from Grimsby.  She was going home, done with her work. It was a brief talk. She was busy, picking up her son, on the way from school. My other daughters are still at work. They will call me later on. We talk everyday, not much, just to connect.  I am busy with my computer. No message from my childhood friend. She never skips, must be busy. She was at her son's place in Sydney, was planning to go back to Perth, to be with her daughter. She must be stuck, other matters to be resolved. Anyway we have to find our own, "Things to do", to get busy, to make our day. Don't have to wait for people's calls and messages. I am busy playing Scrabble and Card games on my computer.   June 13th 2023 Beautiful morning. Great weather. It was raining all day, yesterday. Stopped at late night. I was working, Mondays are my work days. Have to go to play Darts. It starts at 9.30 in mornings. We were thirteen all together. Picked our numbers to make teams. Two boards with four teams. Three players in each. One team was odd, I mean with four. Anyway we enjoyed. Thirteen seniors on a rainy day, out to play, to enjoy time together. Amazing at that age. Gives inner peace. Boosts will power with affirmation that we still can do it. Rain or no rain, nothing can stop, to make our day. I think, will is everything behind your motto. When there is a will, there is always a way to go ahead, to move on, to do what you want. Today is Tuesday, weather is great 18 C, a bit on a cooler side. I am off, not working on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Last week I booked my flight to England. My daughters were pushing me for that.
