Today I Noticed Fresh Fish in My Fridge
It Clicked To My Mind That Let's Have
Fish Curry For Dinner
It Doesn't Take Long
Very Quick Recipe
Take Salmon or Haddock Fish
Big Pieces
Take Fresh Chopped Onion
Fresh Chopped Tomatoes
Take a Pot Put Some Cooking Oil
Put It On Stove with High Flame
Now Add Onion
Make The Flame Lower To Medium
Cover The Pot
After Couple Of Minutes
Stir and Make The Flame Higher Than Medium
But Not Full High Flame
Now Put Couple Of Whole Black Pepper
Couple Of Whole Red Chili
Let Onion Be Yellow
Now Put Chopped Tomatoes
Some Tomato Paste To Give Color
Pinch Of Salt
Red Chili Powder If You Like Hot
Yogurt Couple Of Spoons
Now Cover The Pot For 10 Minutes
On Medium Flame
Now Put Fish Pieces in The Pot
Don't Overlap
Put Like Arranging These Pieces
Separately
Flame Still Medium
Leave Pot Open
After 5 Minutes
Flip The Pieces
and Leave For 5 Minutes
Now Both Sides Done
Fish Curry Done
It Not Has To Be Watery
It Has To Be
Like Fish Pieces Wrapped in Sauce
You Can Have It with Bread Of Your Choice
Make Sandwiches or Enjoy with Rice
