Gold Silver sparkling all over

It is cold bright morning, 9 C, wind gusts 57 km /h, planning to go for my walk to enjoy my coffee and my time alone slot. I changed my mind, not safe to walk. It is too windy. We have to do things, keeping track of our health and safety. Health and safety, always priority. My son is going to "Home Depot", I will go with him. He will drop me at Coffee House, on the way back. We have to coordinate, have to make adjustments, to make our day. Try to get out, whatever slot is available, just take it.

It is 11.15, I am at Home Depot. My son is busy with his own things. I am walking around, enjoying my window shopping and the plants section. It is 11.45, I am at Tim Hortons. It is quiet here. Lots of tables are empty. Couples of families with kids, are here, I think, on the way back from their Church Service. It is too early for Teenagers, they will start their day later on.

Delivery service and Drive through, is very busy. I got my favorite spot, now enjoying my small coffee with three creams, one sugar and two Timbits. I am writing my Blog. It is for me, like talking to my Readers family.

Yesterday, I was at Frenchmen's Bay. It was 11.30, lake was looking great. I was walking around. My son went for his long walk. Light snow, sort of Flurries were showering from above. Suddenly, it started snowing heavily. My son leaves car open for me. I rushed to take refuge inside my car. 

Not many people were there. Just couple of people walking their dogs. Heavy snow was gone, after couple of minutes. Sun came out, smiling, shining in full bloom. Water at the lake, looked like, Gold and Silver scattered all over the surface, sparkling and glittering. What a scenic view, it was.

Nature is always amazing, giving us beautiful moments to enjoy and keeps on surprising, we humans. How lucky, we are. Thank You God for keep looking after, and providing things to us, to make our day. We can never pay You back. Never, ever. Love You me Lord.

  January 12th 2024 It is around mid of January. Time for us to, start getting snow storms. This will be off an on, for the next couple of weeks. It is 10.15, mixed sunny cloudy morning, windy too. Gusts are 38 to 48 km.  Friday used to be my work day, not today. Kids day camp is going on in the library, at my work place. I am off for the whole week. I have to find my own things to do, to get busy. From Monday, things will be back on track. I will be having my regular work hours. It is 11.45, I am getting ready to walk to Tim Hortons. I take it as my second home. I know that it is cold and windy. I am all set with gloves, stole and three layers underneath my winter coat. I will be fine. Whites Road and walkway is, all clear of snow. I see some white patches of snow, by the side of road, under trees and bushes. This is the beauty of Toronto, snow cleared right away.   July 7th 2023 It is hot sunny morning, 9.15 and already 24 C, feel like 26. I woke up early, done with my breakfast. Talked to one of my daughters, my middle one, called me from Grimsby.  She was going home, done with her work. It was a brief talk. She was busy, picking up her son, on the way from school. My other daughters are still at work. They will call me later on. We talk everyday, not much, just to connect.  I am busy with my computer. No message from my childhood friend. She never skips, must be busy. She was at her son's place in Sydney, was planning to go back to Perth, to be with her daughter. She must be stuck, other matters to be resolved. Anyway we have to find our own, "Things to do", to get busy, to make our day. Don't have to wait for people's calls and messages. I am busy playing Scrabble and Card games on my computer.   June 13th 2023 Beautiful morning. Great weather. It was raining all day, yesterday. Stopped at late night. I was working, Mondays are my work days. Have to go to play Darts. It starts at 9.30 in mornings. We were thirteen all together. Picked our numbers to make teams. Two boards with four teams. Three players in each. One team was odd, I mean with four. Anyway we enjoyed. Thirteen seniors on a rainy day, out to play, to enjoy time together. Amazing at that age. Gives inner peace. Boosts will power with affirmation that we still can do it. Rain or no rain, nothing can stop, to make our day. I think, will is everything behind your motto. When there is a will, there is always a way to go ahead, to move on, to do what you want. Today is Tuesday, weather is great 18 C, a bit on a cooler side. I am off, not working on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Last week I booked my flight to England. My daughters were pushing me for that.
