Every Day brings Surprises

 Bright beautiful sunny morning. Every morning is like a gift, brings a full bundle of twenty four hours, for we humans and for all other Creatures. We have to welcome mornings with smile on our faces. Get ready to make use, every moment of that. This is a gift from God. Wipe out your slates, to take a fresh start. 

Get ready to make plans to make your day. Try to spread happiness. Summer is around. Flowers and butterflies, will be coming soon. Birds are already here, enjoying their time. Snow is nearly gone, just like a silver lining, shining by the end of gardens.

I am standing beside the lake, at Frenchman's Bay. Water surface is glittering under sun. Sun is shining in full bloom. Couple of birds having chit chat, walking around. It is not much crowded here. Just couple of people, walking their dogs. It is 12.15, may be more people here, earlier.

I started my day a bit late. My right leg is better. Now my back is giving me problems. At our age, there is always something new comes up. Every day brings surprises. We just have to accept. Take it whatever is there and tackle with grace.

Winter is time to stay, to think about, and analyze your own self. Time to check and balance your inner soul. Summer is time to get out, to hit the roads and trails. Time to talk to flowers, listen to the Nature and go to waters. 

Try to avail every opportunity, to make use of. Gather the flowers of Happiness, to distribute to others. Try to make their days too. Try to share. Stay away from negative thoughts. Stay positive, to live your life happily. Life is a gift from God. We have to value that.

  January 12th 2024 It is around mid of January. Time for us to, start getting snow storms. This will be off an on, for the next couple of weeks. It is 10.15, mixed sunny cloudy morning, windy too. Gusts are 38 to 48 km.  Friday used to be my work day, not today. Kids day camp is going on in the library, at my work place. I am off for the whole week. I have to find my own things to do, to get busy. From Monday, things will be back on track. I will be having my regular work hours. It is 11.45, I am getting ready to walk to Tim Hortons. I take it as my second home. I know that it is cold and windy. I am all set with gloves, stole and three layers underneath my winter coat. I will be fine. Whites Road and walkway is, all clear of snow. I see some white patches of snow, by the side of road, under trees and bushes. This is the beauty of Toronto, snow cleared right away.   July 7th 2023 It is hot sunny morning, 9.15 and already 24 C, feel like 26. I woke up early, done with my breakfast. Talked to one of my daughters, my middle one, called me from Grimsby.  She was going home, done with her work. It was a brief talk. She was busy, picking up her son, on the way from school. My other daughters are still at work. They will call me later on. We talk everyday, not much, just to connect.  I am busy with my computer. No message from my childhood friend. She never skips, must be busy. She was at her son's place in Sydney, was planning to go back to Perth, to be with her daughter. She must be stuck, other matters to be resolved. Anyway we have to find our own, "Things to do", to get busy, to make our day. Don't have to wait for people's calls and messages. I am busy playing Scrabble and Card games on my computer.   June 13th 2023 Beautiful morning. Great weather. It was raining all day, yesterday. Stopped at late night. I was working, Mondays are my work days. Have to go to play Darts. It starts at 9.30 in mornings. We were thirteen all together. Picked our numbers to make teams. Two boards with four teams. Three players in each. One team was odd, I mean with four. Anyway we enjoyed. Thirteen seniors on a rainy day, out to play, to enjoy time together. Amazing at that age. Gives inner peace. Boosts will power with affirmation that we still can do it. Rain or no rain, nothing can stop, to make our day. I think, will is everything behind your motto. When there is a will, there is always a way to go ahead, to move on, to do what you want. Today is Tuesday, weather is great 18 C, a bit on a cooler side. I am off, not working on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Last week I booked my flight to England. My daughters were pushing me for that.
