My Friend Black Squirrel is Back
Beautiful day sunny and bright, it is 8.30 in the morning. I am working today, have to go to play Darts at 9.30, will be back after 12. For now, I am in my kitchen, making my breakfast, oatmeal porridge and stir fried egg, to enjoy with my morning cup of tea.
It is brand new day, another bulk of twenty four hours, to use, to enjoy, to do what you want. God is Great. He keeps on putting fresh amount of time, for His Creatures to cash. Never asks about, what we did with the last instalment, where we spent.
We have to feel lucky, while getting up from our bed, to start our day. One more life, one more opportunity, to reschedule our life style. To do something good, something positive for ourselves and for the people around. We have to take every morning like a new start, a new beginning.
Wipe out, what is done yesterday. Don't have to look back. Focus on the moments in hand, to utilize fully. To make use of. No more complaints, no more regrets. We can make things happen today.
There is always time. When there is will. There is always a way. Keep that in mind. Believe that.
I am sitting in my eat in kitchen, enjoying my breakfast and looking at the beautiful view of my back garden through my patio doors. Grass is lush green. My friend, the Black Squirrel is busy with his work outs, on the wooden fence of my garden. Two Black birds are enjoying their morning snacks on the left side of my garden.
Trees around are no more skeletons. All are back to life, full of greens. It is nice warm weather, 13 C, no more snow. It is done. Now it is time for Flowers and to enjoy outdoors. Every season is unique, with it's own beauty. Try to enjoy with whatever is there, whatever is available to make your day.

ReplyDeleteI continue to post the blog outside Smile Corner as the Smile Corner remains closed due to the passing of your sister. The daily prayers at the church are continuing. The councillor was suggesting that I should start opening up Smile Corner. She said that the priest suggested to close Smile Corner and start having daily prayer sessions so he can divert the crowd from Smile Corner to the church. As I told you earlier, the Councillor is a big fan of yours and she keeps saying to everyone that the reason why she is a councillor is because of YOU. Some customers challenged the Priest but the Priest said that his suggestion of keeping the Smile Corner closed was as a respect to you and your family. I am having a big loss but I promised the Priest that I will not open Smile Corner until you order me to do so. The mayor also thinks that the Priest is not honest and said that the Priest knows that you dont see comments every day so it can take a while before you respond and this is Priest’s trick to get Smile Corner bankrupt. I however told the Mayor also that Smile Corner is your shop, and I will not open it until you tell me to do so. I continue to pray for you and your family

ReplyDeleteDear Advisor,
ReplyDeleteThe retirees continue to mourn the sad passing of your Sister. All the committee business continues to remain suspended as a mark of respect. Some retirees are amazed at the grace and courage with which you are bearing this irreparable loss.
Your Indian compatriots are the ones who lead the daily mourning by offering the holy chants. The retired priest offers a prayer after that to offer blessing. And the last group are the hijab lady and the temple people.
The restaurant manager is continuing to serve a special menu in respect to your sister. He is also offering a daily discount and the proceeds from the sale are going to go the local charity.
Thank you

Dear Author,
ReplyDeleteThe students and the faculty are continuing to mourn the great loss. The Dean, Prof George and all other professors, are always there when we do the prayers. The first 3 days, the Chancellor was here too. Everyone thought that the Chancellor will lead the speeches but the Dean said that Smile Army deserves this honour and asked them to lead.
The entire uni has effectively come to a standstill. The classes are still going on but there is a somber atmosphere in every class room and even in the cafeteria
Thank you

ReplyDeleteAll our offices had a special service on Friday and each office made a contribution to the local charity. Though this is a major loss, it may be comforting to know that the 97% of employees contributed. The typical employee contribution for any charity event is around 50%, so this is almost double. The VP of HR pointed out that there are about 10% of employees who are on holidays, so what this means is that many of those employees chose to participate in the corporate wide donation for your sister.
ReplyDeleteThank you
