Letter to My Dear Readers
Dear Readers, I got Comments after long time.
I am not happy after reading your comments. No one listens, always talking about my son, giving him bad names. Family is everything for me. It hurts. I keep on writing in my Blogs, try to explain that aging is no one's fault. We don't have to blame anyone for that.
Old age is just one of the stages of cycle of life. Take it with grace. Enjoy with what you can do, you are able to do, taking health and safety into account.
Our health never remains the same. We start losing our strength, our muscles. Our nerves also are not the same. We have to be realistic to deal with all that. It doesn't mean that we start feeling low and depressed. We enjoyed our health for so long. Now, is time to make some other plans to cope with our age.
I take old age as our Golden Era. We have all the time for our own self. We never had that before. We were busy with our work and family. Now we are done with all that. Time now to start creating our own hobbies.
Reading Books / Magazines of our choice
Bird watching
Gardening / Planting pots to color our balcony / Room
Cooking / Making our favorite dishes with Recipes of our choice
Writing Journals / Books/ Columns / Diary
There are lots of choices to get busy with. Please stop blaming anyone for aging. It is one of the stages of our cycle of life. Focus on your own self. Blaming will distract you from the right path, the path of positivity.
Blaming is very strong negative thought. It wont affect the person we blame. It will damage, distort our own personality.
Be very careful while talking about others. Speak good so you can hear back good too. Healthy and positive thoughts will be helpful in building our personality.
Try to follow
See No Evil -- Hear No Evil -- Speak No Evil
It will be easy if we keep ourselves away from thinking negative about others. Focus on your own self. Leave everyone alone to live their own life. Don't start making judgements. Leave everything to God Almighty. We are just Humans. We have our own faults, doesn't look nice to judge others.
