From London to Paris

From Heathrow Airport 


It's 8th of August 2025, I am at Heathrow Airport, already checked in. Done with my security, waiting for my flight to Paris. Most of my family members are in Paris, waiting for me. Two of my daughters and their families are there. 


My son arrived today from Toronto. One of my daughters, the middle one, is with me. My daughter started our journey yesterday from Grimsby with me. It was a four hour drive.We stayed in Stratford overnight at her daughter's place to be for our today's flight at 12.55 pm. 


We were two minutes late, missed our flight. Things happen. Luckily we got another one at 7 pm tonight. We have to make extra payment. We won't blame them. It was our fault. 


I think mistakes are part of the learning process. We don't have to take it seriously. This is also part of the game. We keep on learning while going through our journey of life. Just move on. Don't take things too seriously so you can not be out of it. 


I am at the airport enjoying my stay with my daughter. Waiting for my next flight. Time flies. It is already 3:40 pm, a couple of more hours to go. For now I am having a cup of tea sitting by Starbucks. Talk to you later my friends.

    It's Tuesday, I have my day off. I don't work on Tuesdays. Monday was a close holiday because of Victoria day.  She helped Canada to make the Charter of Democracy. We remember that and celebrate. From Camberley to Kent

          Now I am on a road trip for a while, I  was at my youngest daughter's place in Camberley.  Last night I came to Kent at my other daughter's house. Her son picked me up. He came with his younger brother. Insisted me to have the front seat. Lucky me. Kent is a small historical town. I like its High Street. At one end of the street are the old castle and Church. This Church is the second oldest after Canterbury Church. I like to walk around. The castle is sort of challenging for me to walk uphill. I like the beautiful interior architecture of the Church. Such a peaceful atmosphere to sit for a while. On the High Street there is Morley bakery and Coffee House. It was established in 1985. I like to sit there to enjoy tea over there. I like historical places.  So many Charity shops are all lined up on the High Street, I like Charity shops. So many antiques to look around. Nature is great

     October 29th 2024 It's a different scenario today. Cloudy morning hazy sky. Sun is hiding under his gray blanket. It is Tuesday so I don't have to go to work. No Darts today at the library. It is a day off for me. I have to make other plans to make my day. Day offs are like clean slates. We have to write our schedule to fill out the columns of the day. When we have to go to work or school, our timings are all set.  We don't have to worry about how to pass our time. We have just a couple of hours left to sort out after coming back from our workplace or school. Weekends and day offs are tricky. We need some homework to fill out our day slots. Try to make it like a combo, a mixed plate to have a taste of everything. Day offs are like blank sheets. We can write, paint, whatever we want to do, to fill out.
