I am home all set

Time flies, things change, so does the weather. I believe that change is the beauty of life. It's 7.15 in the morning, 17 C in Toronto. Nowadays I am an early riser.

I am out of bed at 5.45, maybe my jet lag period is not yet done. I came back from London two days ago. Time in Toronto is five hours behind the time in England.

We humans are not robots. It takes time for our body to make adjustments. We don't have to push ourselves. Just go with the flow.

Not the end of the world. Keep in mind that we have twenty four hours in our hands. We have to keep our plans ready to fill in all the columns in our day schedule.

At our age we are done with our work and with raising our kids. We are free to enjoy our own time. Not answerable to anyone except to God Almighty.

To be a couch potato is not good. It spoils our physical as well as our mental well-being. Doing nothing will make it easy to think of negatives.

Try to find hobbies. Keep in mind that at our age we don't have much strength to cope with ambitious plans. Plans have to be practical not just to fill up the sheet of paper.

Try to mix and match with some physical and some relaxing activities. It is not rocket science to make your day. Gardening is a sort of meditation.

The kitchen is also a place to enjoy your time. To prepare things for yourselves will be fun. To make dishes for friends and family will put smile on the faces of your loved ones.

It's 10.30, I am going for my walk to Tim Hortons. To enjoy my morning tea and my time alone slot. Time alone is important too. We have to listen to ourselves once a while. It works like meditation. You feel inner peace.Try that.
