Beautiful weather. Rain was in the morning, just stopped. My Deck is looking great, nice and clean. Grass is green with some light yellow patches in between. It is 8.15, I am in my kitchen, busy making my breakfast. Have to go to work today at 9.30. I co-ordinate my timings with my son's schedule. Not nice to disturb his meetings and work. I know, he is doing his best to make my day.

We don't have to push our kids. They are already busy with work and family of their own. We have to understand that. They are our kids and will always be. No matter what. Blood is blood. Have confidence. Trust your kids. We have to admire and appreciate for whatever they can do for we parents. 

Please try to avoid making complaints. No one likes whining. It is a very negative behavior. It imparts negativity all around. People start avoiding our company. Start keeping distance. We start losing our loved ones. No one likes to be part of any pessimistic atmosphere. Not their fault.

Our attitude is key. It is very powerful. Positive attitude is like an ambassador of peace, harmony and happiness. It acts like a magnet. People like to be around you, to enjoy your company and to make their own day. Negative attitude acts like a disease, very infectious one, pollutes the entire atmosphere around. No one likes to get close. Everyone tries to keep away, to avoid the disease of  negativity. No one ready to spoil their day. No one. 

We are the, "Music Makers". Keep that in mind. Control your mood swings, hold your tongue. Think twice before you speak out. Have patience. Try to be compassionate. Respect everyone's emotions. Make your day and let others to make their day too. Don't be judgmental. Focus on your own self. Leave everyone alone, to let them live in their own way. Life will be all good.

  January 12th 2024 It is around mid of January. Time for us to, start getting snow storms. This will be off an on, for the next couple of weeks. It is 10.15, mixed sunny cloudy morning, windy too. Gusts are 38 to 48 km.  Friday used to be my work day, not today. Kids day camp is going on in the library, at my work place. I am off for the whole week. I have to find my own things to do, to get busy. From Monday, things will be back on track. I will be having my regular work hours. It is 11.45, I am getting ready to walk to Tim Hortons. I take it as my second home. I know that it is cold and windy. I am all set with gloves, stole and three layers underneath my winter coat. I will be fine. Whites Road and walkway is, all clear of snow. I see some white patches of snow, by the side of road, under trees and bushes. This is the beauty of Toronto, snow cleared right away.   July 7th 2023 It is hot sunny morning, 9.15 and already 24 C, feel like 26. I woke up early, done with my breakfast. Talked to one of my daughters, my middle one, called me from Grimsby.  She was going home, done with her work. It was a brief talk. She was busy, picking up her son, on the way from school. My other daughters are still at work. They will call me later on. We talk everyday, not much, just to connect.  I am busy with my computer. No message from my childhood friend. She never skips, must be busy. She was at her son's place in Sydney, was planning to go back to Perth, to be with her daughter. She must be stuck, other matters to be resolved. Anyway we have to find our own, "Things to do", to get busy, to make our day. Don't have to wait for people's calls and messages. I am busy playing Scrabble and Card games on my computer.   June 13th 2023 Beautiful morning. Great weather. It was raining all day, yesterday. Stopped at late night. I was working, Mondays are my work days. Have to go to play Darts. It starts at 9.30 in mornings. We were thirteen all together. Picked our numbers to make teams. Two boards with four teams. Three players in each. One team was odd, I mean with four. Anyway we enjoyed. Thirteen seniors on a rainy day, out to play, to enjoy time together. Amazing at that age. Gives inner peace. Boosts will power with affirmation that we still can do it. Rain or no rain, nothing can stop, to make our day. I think, will is everything behind your motto. When there is a will, there is always a way to go ahead, to move on, to do what you want. Today is Tuesday, weather is great 18 C, a bit on a cooler side. I am off, not working on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Last week I booked my flight to England. My daughters were pushing me for that.
