Skeleton Trees no more Shaky

It was raining for couple of days, stopped early morning. Sun is out, to make our day brighter. Beautiful morning. Sky is clear Blue with milky white spaces. It looks like a water color masterpiece. Thanks to rain, grass is lush green. Red wooden bench is shining, washed, nice and clean. Skeleton trees look settled for a while, not shaky anymore. I think, for now, they are not worried about the days ahead.

Weather will be unpredictable from now on, till February. Snow be any time soon. We know that. For now, enjoying, whatever is there. Not good to spoil moments in hand. We have to make our day with what is available.

My back still the same. Nothing to complain about. What you expect with more than three quarter of a century old machinery. I am using heating pad and hand massager. It is helping me out, to some extent. In the morning, I was at work, to play Darts. I checked my table calendar. It is time to change and wash my bed sheets. 

It is 12.30, I am back from work, busy in my kitchen, making Banana Blueberry shake for myself and for my son. Make tea after having shower. My towels and bed sheets are in washer, will be done in about an hour. Have to call my daughters. We have to manages, family is important too. I will put bed sheets and towels, in Dryer, later.

Yesterday, I was with my brother's family. His daughter invited us to have dinner together. You feel good to connect with your loved ones.

I feel lucky, while doing things on my own. It looks to me, like I have accomplished something. I feel elevated. It is great that God Almighty is looking after me, keeping me mobile to carry on my, " Things to do ". I don't deserve that. He is so kind. I love You Dear God from bottom of my heart.

  January 12th 2024 It is around mid of January. Time for us to, start getting snow storms. This will be off an on, for the next couple of weeks. It is 10.15, mixed sunny cloudy morning, windy too. Gusts are 38 to 48 km.  Friday used to be my work day, not today. Kids day camp is going on in the library, at my work place. I am off for the whole week. I have to find my own things to do, to get busy. From Monday, things will be back on track. I will be having my regular work hours. It is 11.45, I am getting ready to walk to Tim Hortons. I take it as my second home. I know that it is cold and windy. I am all set with gloves, stole and three layers underneath my winter coat. I will be fine. Whites Road and walkway is, all clear of snow. I see some white patches of snow, by the side of road, under trees and bushes. This is the beauty of Toronto, snow cleared right away.   July 7th 2023 It is hot sunny morning, 9.15 and already 24 C, feel like 26. I woke up early, done with my breakfast. Talked to one of my daughters, my middle one, called me from Grimsby.  She was going home, done with her work. It was a brief talk. She was busy, picking up her son, on the way from school. My other daughters are still at work. They will call me later on. We talk everyday, not much, just to connect.  I am busy with my computer. No message from my childhood friend. She never skips, must be busy. She was at her son's place in Sydney, was planning to go back to Perth, to be with her daughter. She must be stuck, other matters to be resolved. Anyway we have to find our own, "Things to do", to get busy, to make our day. Don't have to wait for people's calls and messages. I am busy playing Scrabble and Card games on my computer.   June 13th 2023 Beautiful morning. Great weather. It was raining all day, yesterday. Stopped at late night. I was working, Mondays are my work days. Have to go to play Darts. It starts at 9.30 in mornings. We were thirteen all together. Picked our numbers to make teams. Two boards with four teams. Three players in each. One team was odd, I mean with four. Anyway we enjoyed. Thirteen seniors on a rainy day, out to play, to enjoy time together. Amazing at that age. Gives inner peace. Boosts will power with affirmation that we still can do it. Rain or no rain, nothing can stop, to make our day. I think, will is everything behind your motto. When there is a will, there is always a way to go ahead, to move on, to do what you want. Today is Tuesday, weather is great 18 C, a bit on a cooler side. I am off, not working on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Last week I booked my flight to England. My daughters were pushing me for that.
