Go Deep Look Through

 It is Friday, beautiful sunny breezy morning, not so hot, 21 C. It is 8.50, I am walking on my driveway, waiting for my friend's Red SUV. I have to go to work, to play Darts. Today it will start a bit early, at 9.30. My friend will be coming to pick me up.

For now I am enjoying the scenic view of my garden and of my neighborhood. Red and Yellow flowers smiling at the front garden across. I can hear couple of birds having chit chat in Twin Towers, the two tall trees on my next door neighbor's front garden. 

Two hanging baskets, full of Red flowers giving color to my garden. Red wooden bench is shining under Magnolia tree. My friend, the Black Squirrel enjoying his morning walk. Beautiful view to behold, to enjoy, to cherish. It is 9.10, my friend is here to pick me up. I have to go. 

It is 12.15, I am back, busy in my kitchen, making banana shake for my son and for myself and also for my youngest grandson, the Slurpee Boy. He likes that. My eldest grandson, the Lucky Guy is just back from Tim Horton, enjoying his coffee, asking me for Scrambled eggs. I will do that after.

Spreading happiness around and putting smile on the faces of our loved ones, gives us special feel. Feel of inner peace. It is something precious, unique. We don't have to miss such moments. It flourishes our bonds, our relationships.

Nowadays, painting of our house is in progress. Whole house is in mess. It will take a while to get it, back on track. Nothing is total plus. Our house will get a new look. For now, most of things are under plastic sheets, so is our TV. We are having dinner, on our deck, enjoying the view of our back garden. There is always something positive, if we look through, deep down.

  January 12th 2024 It is around mid of January. Time for us to, start getting snow storms. This will be off an on, for the next couple of weeks. It is 10.15, mixed sunny cloudy morning, windy too. Gusts are 38 to 48 km.  Friday used to be my work day, not today. Kids day camp is going on in the library, at my work place. I am off for the whole week. I have to find my own things to do, to get busy. From Monday, things will be back on track. I will be having my regular work hours. It is 11.45, I am getting ready to walk to Tim Hortons. I take it as my second home. I know that it is cold and windy. I am all set with gloves, stole and three layers underneath my winter coat. I will be fine. Whites Road and walkway is, all clear of snow. I see some white patches of snow, by the side of road, under trees and bushes. This is the beauty of Toronto, snow cleared right away.   July 7th 2023 It is hot sunny morning, 9.15 and already 24 C, feel like 26. I woke up early, done with my breakfast. Talked to one of my daughters, my middle one, called me from Grimsby.  She was going home, done with her work. It was a brief talk. She was busy, picking up her son, on the way from school. My other daughters are still at work. They will call me later on. We talk everyday, not much, just to connect.  I am busy with my computer. No message from my childhood friend. She never skips, must be busy. She was at her son's place in Sydney, was planning to go back to Perth, to be with her daughter. She must be stuck, other matters to be resolved. Anyway we have to find our own, "Things to do", to get busy, to make our day. Don't have to wait for people's calls and messages. I am busy playing Scrabble and Card games on my computer. Computer is sort of Blessing for me. I don't know how my Mom used to pass her time without phone and computer. How come she

  June 13th 2023 Beautiful morning. Great weather. It was raining all day, yesterday. Stopped at late night. I was working, Mondays are my work days. Have to go to play Darts. It starts at 9.30 in mornings. We were thirteen all together. Picked our numbers to make teams. Two boards with four teams. Three players in each. One team was odd, I mean with four. Anyway we enjoyed. Thirteen seniors on a rainy day, out to play, to enjoy time together. Amazing at that age. Gives inner peace. Boosts will power with affirmation that we still can do it. Rain or no rain, nothing can stop, to make our day. I think, will is everything behind your motto. When there is a will, there is always a way to go ahead, to move on, to do what you want. Today is Tuesday, weather is great 18 C, a bit on a cooler side. I am off, not working on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Last week I booked my flight to England. My daughters were pushing me for that.
