Not To Get It Cluttered with Negative Thoughts

Try To Give Positive Messages To Be Faxed
To Our Brain which is in The Driving Seat
Controls Our Mind -- and Our Mind
Controls Our Body 

 Mind Directs Our Body To Go in Positive or
Negative Direction This All Depends on
Our Inner Thoughts

 We All Have Mixed Plate I Mean Our Life is
Never a Total Plus There is always an Stigma
Attached To Everyone's Life Which 
Leads To Negativity

 We Have To Tackle That Stigma and in Some Cases
Fight To Overcome Negativity -- Fight Not
With The People We Live Not With The 
People We Work with

 We Have To Fight with Our Inner Self
To Get Out of Our Negative Thoughts
This will Lead Us Ultimately To 
Road To Happiness

Keep in Mind We Can not Change Anyone
We Have To Focus To Change Ourselves
To Live Peacefully To Enjoy

If We Focus To Think Positive No One can Ever Ruin

    I have posted the blog in Smile Corner. This being Saturday, lots of customers are in my shop today to read blog. They come here to read blog from today and also the past week. There is no room inside, and people are waiting outside. I am running low on supplies. It has become a tradition that they come here to Smile Corner and then go to the market for their shopping. The priest is also here today. He is making notes. Customers are smiling secretly. One gave him his seat as he has apologized to Smile previously. It is like a festival here and all because of Smile blog

    Dear Advisor,

    The retirees did not go for our long walk today. We are still very tired from the walk from yesterday. Some of the retirees are still suffering from cramps also. This walk, though very long for us, is nothing compared to the walks that you have. The retirees instead went straight to the reading of your blog.

    The retirees were amazed that you can manage positive thinking and also trick your mind so effectively. The retired mental health expert who led the reading of today's blog was amazed. He pointed out that this blog is a must read for all patients in the hospital as well as those patients who are facing mental health challenges. The hospital administrator who keeps coming to these sessions agreed completely.

    The retired professional athlete requested if you can please provide some guidance on how you can manage physical activity through sickness. It will come in handy for future professional athletes training

    The retired senior Police Officer that is part of our group is amazed at your letter. He pointed out that this is impressive as you have taken a different approach than that being taken by the law professors. The retired police officer is in touch with the current leadership and will try to arrange a meeting between the police officers and their senior officials. He said that based on your letter, it is important that the meeting should take place as a priority

    Father say he very tire. Father say he useless. Father say he say he old almost 67

    (Hannah say that father sick and very low. She say father no eat but drink cherry smoothie. Niklas say that he no go futbal because he feel bad that grandpapa so low. Niklas say that grandpapa only stay in his room and no come out all day. Me tell father go see see but he say no. Father say Smile right that old is useless. Me tell father that Smile no say that but father no agree. Me confuse. Me no no what do)

    Dear Author,

    The students and everyone else read your blog at the Smile Garden today. The great friends were there and again they presented themselves to the police officers for arrest and again they declined. The police officers came today after some days and they came in regular clothes and not in uniform. The law department professors told them that they need to be careful as the meeting yesterday failed and they can be suspended and later fired but they say that Smile has advised them differently and they dont care what happens.

    The Dean and the officers wanted me to thank you for your open letter. We read that also and we could see that some of the officers were teary eyed. The Dean is not arranging to schedule a meeting with the police officials so they can discuss this issue one last time

  January 12th 2024 It is around mid of January. Time for us to, start getting snow storms. This will be off an on, for the next couple of weeks. It is 10.15, mixed sunny cloudy morning, windy too. Gusts are 38 to 48 km.  Friday used to be my work day, not today. Kids day camp is going on in the library, at my work place. I am off for the whole week. I have to find my own things to do, to get busy. From Monday, things will be back on track. I will be having my regular work hours. It is 11.45, I am getting ready to walk to Tim Hortons. I take it as my second home. I know that it is cold and windy. I am all set with gloves, stole and three layers underneath my winter coat. I will be fine. Whites Road and walkway is, all clear of snow. I see some white patches of snow, by the side of road, under trees and bushes. This is the beauty of Toronto, snow cleared right away.   July 7th 2023 It is hot sunny morning, 9.15 and already 24 C, feel like 26. I woke up early, done with my breakfast. Talked to one of my daughters, my middle one, called me from Grimsby.  She was going home, done with her work. It was a brief talk. She was busy, picking up her son, on the way from school. My other daughters are still at work. They will call me later on. We talk everyday, not much, just to connect.  I am busy with my computer. No message from my childhood friend. She never skips, must be busy. She was at her son's place in Sydney, was planning to go back to Perth, to be with her daughter. She must be stuck, other matters to be resolved. Anyway we have to find our own, "Things to do", to get busy, to make our day. Don't have to wait for people's calls and messages. I am busy playing Scrabble and Card games on my computer.   June 13th 2023 Beautiful morning. Great weather. It was raining all day, yesterday. Stopped at late night. I was working, Mondays are my work days. Have to go to play Darts. It starts at 9.30 in mornings. We were thirteen all together. Picked our numbers to make teams. Two boards with four teams. Three players in each. One team was odd, I mean with four. Anyway we enjoyed. Thirteen seniors on a rainy day, out to play, to enjoy time together. Amazing at that age. Gives inner peace. Boosts will power with affirmation that we still can do it. Rain or no rain, nothing can stop, to make our day. I think, will is everything behind your motto. When there is a will, there is always a way to go ahead, to move on, to do what you want. Today is Tuesday, weather is great 18 C, a bit on a cooler side. I am off, not working on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Last week I booked my flight to England. My daughters were pushing me for that.
